I had an issue with my business printer and I am not very tech friendly. I tried to fix it for literally hours. Isaac responded to my call for help quickly. It was late in the afternoon when I initially spoke with him so he made an appointment with me for first thing in the morning.The next morning, he showed up bright & early, worked on the issue and got us back up and operating. Within an hour he had us printing and our devices communicating again! He even explained what he was doing so that if we had the issue again, we could troubleshoot & fix it ourselves.He was very professional, honest about his time & billing, and even followed up to make sure we were still good to go. I will definitely be calling him any time we have an issue with tech!
