My business depended on “Dog House - aka Level 10 Technology” to handle our all of our numerous businesses IT needs for multiple years, spending a HEFTY amount of money with them monthly for said services.  Matter of fact, I was such a loyal customer - when I was solicited to provide a (now removed) testimonial for their website, I happily did!We relied on “Dog House - aka Level 10 Technology” for literally everything; as the only thing I knew about computers/IT was how to shop on-line!  In addition to servicing/monitoring our computers/servers, over the years .. I went to them requesting advice/assistance with various other business needs from our website, video surveillance system, to adding a public WiFi connection, ordering mini-laptops in bulk amounts, and even our telephone system - all of which “Dog House - aka Level 10 Technology” gladly offered to assist and provide services for.As most businesses do, I look to reduce operating expenses whenever possible.  I contacted “Dog House - aka Level 10 Technology” about reducing the number of devices being monitored monthly as a few no longer required this service.  After a series of back and forth correspondences (over a lengthy time period) I was both appalled and offended with the SALTY response I ultimately received from a company I had been doing business with for years.Being the type of customer NOT willing to spend hard earned money with any company who  will blatantly “discard” its loyal customers - I sought the assistance of another local, more professional company to handle my IT needs.u2028u2028Almost a year later, I not only realize how much money I wasted all in those years with “Dog House - aka Level 10 Technology” but to this very day, I am STILL discovering either how very little anyone at this business knows about the IT field itself or that it is run by mere con artists, simply out to make a dollar.Just prior to the dissolution of our business relationship, “Dog House - aka Level 10 Technology” had begun to slowly scale back on the services it had been providing our business all these years.  I guess our business website began to be “too much” to maintain (requiring numerous changes/updates for compliance purposes) as we were advised they would no longer be able to service this any longer.  The video surveillance system had always issues with cameras not working from the first day of their installation, apparently it became “too much” to maintain as well, as we were advised they would no longer be able to service this any longer either.The telephone system I was convinced would be a “great solution” for all our business needs has been nothing short of a complete nightmare, that I’m unfortunately still dealing with.  It took over three (3) months to install the system; we have more telephones than the business needed, and are being charged monthly for equipment that cannot even be located IN our building.Our internet connection is pathetic, something I consistently brought to their attention.  I was advised to purchase a 250mb per month internet service plan (you already know by WHOM) only to recently discover our router only has a maximum capability of 100mb! That makes sense, right!?!  All the money spent to install public WiFi was a complete waste since the equipment installed with the system isn’t adequate for a residential home, let alone a large commercial location!Bottom line - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. “Dog House - aka Level 10 Technology” started out as (what I thought) was a decent, honest, hard-working family business; I don’t know what they are now.  Matter of fact, I don’t think anyone there does either - hence the name change.  If your business can afford to waste time and money, then this IS the place for you; otherwise - contact someone else to get professional IT support.

I dont have to worry about IT issues. They take care of everything and are extremely responsive whenever we have an issue.
