Our business has used NetGreene for over 6 years for our telecom services and have been very pleased with that service. Additionally, we have called on the company a few times to resolve issues with our network, WiFi, and PCs. Staff productivity and the reliability of our network have increased significantly. Based on their IT work, we later called on them to replace and manage our telephone system. I really cannot give high enough regards for the NetGreene team. I was not a current customer, but ran into a very complex network configuration problem on the weekend that Premier Medical Group relocated our computer data center equipment to the new Dunlop property. I reached out to Scott Greene on a Sunday afternoon when we were about 18 hrs into the relocation project and a LONG way from being finished. I was growing concerned about getting completed in time for being functional before Monday open of business time. Scott Greene and Chris Elkins came to assist on short notice.
