Just purchased a new vehicle after three days of getting the run around with a big name insurance company I decided on a Saturday that I would try this agency, long story short the gentleman had gotten me a great plan within 15min walked me through the registration process and even emailed the dealership for me. I would not advise sending any disabled or elderly to this company! My mother was humiliated by one of the agents here. The employee must have been having a bad to take it out on a disabled lady. I called to discuss the situation, nothing was resolved. I rarely leave bad reviews but this place really did discriminate against disabled and thats not ok, its not like she owed them money because she didnt, they actually owe her because after that she went with another company. I doubt progressive would approve of such behavior.

I have had Travelers home insurance for years the agent is is easy to work with and explains the insurance terms and policy . And the agent is pleasant to deal with.

This has to be the worst insurance agency ever! The man that runs the office is so rude. He acts like he is superior to you, and tries to bully you into buying more than what you asked for. The office is so nasty. When you walk in the smell of dirty dogs hits you in the face b/c they have at least 2 dogs in the office. I will never try to do business with them again b/c I dont enjoy being treated like I am wasting someones time when I am willing to pay good money for a service they provide.
