My only problem was changing to Allstate who at the time said they would take care of moving me from previous company to them. During the process I had to get involved in the move, and it caused me to have a lapse policy for two days which in the long run makes me look incompetent and not responsible. For that I blame you..!

They helped me out. And they have good rates check them out.

We’ve gone through three different insurance providers since moving to Clarksville, TN, and all three ended up raising our rates substantially at renewal without notifying us about the increase. (Lack of proper communication and ridiculous rate increases are why we left all three.)After happening a third time with a third company we were promoted to find a fourth, and hopefully last, insurance company to work with.It’s been two, maybe three years with them, give or take, and we have NEVER had a problem - with anything. We receive notice at least a month before any major changes to either accounts (renters or auto), and everything that was agreed upon in the beginning is still holding true today. There have been slight “cost of living” increases, but barely noticeable. Nothing to break the bank.The women have never been anything less than professional, friendly, down to earth, and caring. Ive had bad moments just before calling them at times and somehow feel happier after a phone call with them - giving them money made my happy! 🤷🏻‍♀️ They just go out of their way to help you.I absolutely recommend Allstate Financial in Clarksville, TN for your insurance needs. 👍🏻👍🏻
