I just received a call from Mark Allemangs team. For awhile now Ive been getting computer calls in violation of the do not call list. I finally decided to give them a fake name, Mike Ross, to see who would call me as a real person. Today I get a call asking for Mike Ross. Its important to protect information and not to collection information illegally. While Marks team likely didnt call me illegally they should be accountable for what vendors they choose to use and the actions of those vendors on behalf of his team.

I now have my home owners insurance as well as personal articles policy with State Farm. Out of all the offices I visited in town this office seriously has the best service overall. I had no idea State Farm offered, financial services as well. Mark, the owner is usually in the office ready to assist and help resolve any issues so that was a plus as well!

I had a policy with two trucks. My work vehicle got dropped from underwriting. I tried to get in touch with Mark but was told that he was on vacation and that someone else would contact me. Nobody contacted me so I had to get new insurance from another company. I called the 1-800 number and had my policy cancelled on Oct. 31st. On December 8th, I had $291.48 withdrawn out of my account. Ive called State Farm twice and they have told me that Mark will have to issue the refund. I just found out today that my insurance policy is still active. Not happy. This office needs to do their job.
