My son rolled his car this weekend and totaled it. I called to report it Monday morning, and by the end of the day Tuesday, Steve and the claims department had finalized it and are depositing a check directly into my checking account. AND they paid me more for the vehicle than I paid for it!!! I know State Farm isn’t the cheapest in town, but you truly get what you pay for. I couldn’t be happier with Steve and his office. They are truly a class act. They took care of my claim in an extremely timely manner. I highly recommend Steve and all the ladies in his office.

No one likes to have to be close with their insurance agent, thankfully I havent had to be close. In the almost 2 yrs Ive had this agent Ive called or checked in a few times. Everything has been easy and done in a timely manner.

Steve Ray handled a claim stemming from a single car accident in which my vehicle was totaled. I was driving to work early one morning during a flash flood. My car hydroplaned and I hit a culvert and landed in a ditch. I was fine, but the car was totaled. Steve Ray has been my agent and my familys agent for most of my adult life. One call to him, and he quickly swung into action. By the time I arrived at his office late that afternoon, he handed me a check! I could not believe it - same-day service! However, what I appreciate more about Steve is that his first concern was me and whether I was okay. Steve is the real deal. He truly cares about his clients and will do everything in his power to assist in any way he can. Hes not just my agent. Hes part of the family.

I switched my insurance over from Farm bureau to Steve Rays office. State Farm was actually cheaper, and the employees at Steve Rays office were very friendly and sweet. They took the time to answer all my questions. They do whatever it takes to help you out. Very good service! I wanted to change the date of my automatic draft at Farm Bureau, and I called and they said I would have to come down to the office and sign papers and actually change my policy just to change the date of when my payment comes out. At state farm they can do it easily on the phone, and it was no trouble. I highly recommend Steve Ray as anyone’s agent. I was very pleased with everything!

Steve Ray and Staff are amazing! Recently they have patiently handled our vehicle swaps. Within 3 weeks, we raised, lowered, and added to our car policies, buying 2 new vehicles and maintaining insurance on the 2 we already had before selling them. No matter what the situation, it is always handled in a caring, thorough, speedy, and professional manner. I was recently in an accident where I was hit by a driver that was uninsured. I decided to change my insurance to State Farm when I got a much better rate from them than Safe Auto. Steve Ray and his employees are so helpful and pleasant. They made sure I got the best rate possible and even helped get a wreck off of my record that wasnt mine to begin with.
