Heather Chase served as our realtor in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. She was consistent, committed and aggressive in her search for us. After being out bid a few times in this highly competitive real estate market, we regrouped and set up some new search parameters and we found our dream home just minutes from my wife’s work and walking distance from our son’s new school. Heather and her team were always in a position to view a home for us remotely and never held back on giving us their honest opinion about a specific neighborhood, school or home that we were considering. I have been especially pleased with VRS! Heather Chase has managed my property since 2017. They are extremely Military Friendly and have always done everything they promised us. They have done 6 month walkthroughs, made sure I received all my payments on time and even made repairs and not charged me for them. I have had two different tenants with not one single issue. The staff at the office goes above and beyond to make sure Im kept in the loop. I love the monthly news letters that I receive as well. I literally dont worry about my property, while Im in another state. I was more shocked to see the negative reviews and have to believe there is more to the stories then what is being shared. Please dont let those deter you from this using the Top Notch Company. We will continue to use them, and will even let them sell our home in the future!

If you are looking for a company that has your best interest at heart, this is the company to work with!!! We are currently stationed in Alaska and recently sold our home in Kentucky through VRS. Even though we were across the country in completely different time zones, everyone there went above and beyond to accommodate our needs!! Heather was awesome through the entire process and all the other staff I spoke with were friendly and professional! Heather genuinely cared about the outcome of our sale and ensured we were happy through the whole process!! If you want a realtor that cares more about the customer than making a fast buck, do yourself a favor and use VRS!!!

I do not recommend using Veterans as a property management to rent your home. By far the worst experience we have had with a company. They won us over being military friendly and said they would have our back. But as soon as we left the state they started being shady, lying and not doing good business. Over the one year we had them manage our house, we were lied to numerous times, they tried to get by with not paying us what they owed us, and a didnt keep up with our tenants (I found out what was going on at the house before they even knew, dog, police, etc) When we didnt resign our contract, they then withheld the security deposit from us and our tenants. We had to hire an attorney to handle dealing with them, in which they have continued to lie and owe us money. 100% do not recommend.

On a whim I let down my guard and had my husband find us a lender that we could get a loan with and he called VRS. He was put in contact with Carrie White. My husband shared our situation with her and right away she was fully confident that she would be able to get us exactly what we needed. By the next day we were approved for a home loan and I was on the phone crying, thanking her for her help. Only to find out how much more amazing she was going to be. Carrie took the time to sit down with us and get our list of wants and by the next day we were searching for homes. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know something she will find it out. When looking at homes she always made sure that we knew this was our money and we were going to find the perfect home for us. She did just that. After a couple of weeks we found the house we wanted to make our home. She has been available to us through this whole process and always making sure we fully understand everything. I am so glad for once I let my husband take the lead because with out Carrie I have no idea how we would have found our home or survived this process.

Carrie went above and beyond for us! One of the houses we looked at and had put down an offer for, turned ugly (on the other end). The sellers realtor tried to tell us that we needed to change lenders. Carrie stepped up for us and knew her RESPA laws! (because we sure didn’t know what that even was!) She saved us from a bad experience. Always responsive and VERY patient with us being first time home buyers with a million questions. I love how honest and upfront she is. She didn’t sugar coat things and we appreciated that being we are the same way. She ended up getting us the house of our dreams! We close tomorrow finally!

Veterans Realty Services (VRS) was hands down the most professional and respectful realty group in the greater Clarksville area. They really have a client first mentality. Heather, the owner, was extremely polite and professional. I was debating on whether to sell or rent my home and Heather explained to me the pros and cons of each without putting any pressure on me with either option. She was extremely responsive and answered every question I had throughout the entire process. When I ultimately made my decision to sell my home instead of renting, Heather had an offer well above asking price even before it officially hit the market. After all the appraisals and inspections needed legally, Heather, VRS, and I accepted an offer 5 thousand dollars above asking price!! Just like that, 15 minutes after it officially was on the market, my house was pending sale. A few weeks later we sat down at closing and everything went better than I could have imagined and hoped for. Heather Chase and everyone at VRS made the home selling experience something I will never forget. If you are in the market or buying, selling, or renting your property, you will not be dissapointed with VRS. No hassle, no pressure, and extremely professional throughout the entire process! Their Broker goes out of her way to help people, and always replies same day. She is very helpful with any buyer or seller questions. The Realtors in her brokerage work together to give back to the community. They are constantly fundraising and helping the Fort Campbell Community. I would definitely recommend Veterans Realty Services for Buying, Selling, or Renting a home.

We are glad to have experienced buying our first home with Jackie. My wife and I were very intimidated at first with the home buying process. But Jackie put us at ease and took a lot of the pressure off. She took a lot of time out of her schedule to assist us. She also took time to note specific needs that we mentioned in passing even when I didn’t think of it as much at all, and she took care of it and us! Even though I’m sure she had hundreds of other clients, she always made us feel like we were the only one she had, which is huge for us. I have never met an agent like this. I have never worked directly with her but she rented my wife’s house (when we were dating). My girl friend at the time became very ill and lost her job despite all that Heather Chase put her renter and owner equally first by ensuring the repair was done and breaking up the repair bill so my girl friend could still make her mortgage payment and the renter had an amazing home to be in.I’m not sure any other agent would care this much.

Everyone at VRS was a pleasure to work with and timely in getting matters handled. I especially enjoyed working with the owner, Heather Chase. We had no issues in renting our property and Heather always made sure we were taken care of. Great locally-owned small business!

I dont often leave reviews, however if this helps someone make a more informed decision than I did then the review has served its purpose. I will give a synopsis of the experience, if you want more of the details you can see the official complaint I filed with the TN Real Estate Commission. We were relocating from out of state and due to work schedule and time restraints we found ourselves in a very tight time frame to get a house. I had 2 days to look at homes and was also a first time home buyer. I was told when I contacted VRS that they could not do any work for me until I signed a Buyers agreement with them. I explained I wanted to meet them first before signing anything but since I was in ID that would have to wait till I got to TN. I was told I wouldnt be able to use all my time because I would have to wait for them to set things up once I signed, so feeling hesitant and pressured we signed. (FYI it is not required) Signing that was a mistake. It gave them the leverage they needed to do a poor job and still get paid. I was not given the things they said they would do, we spent 5.5 hours the first day and 4.5 hours the second day after I was told I would have full days with them. I explained I did not appreciate the job that was done and that we would like to part ways and do the searching on our own. They would not allow that to happen, they required that I either buy with them, or get an agent that would pay them a referral fee to let me out of the agreement. The other option was wait until the agreement expired. Luckily we were able to find another agent who was not motivated by the money, and was willing to do the referral fee and we went ahead with them. Quite ridiculous that they wanted a referral fee, when I was the one who went to them in the first place, and I was also the one who found the other agent, VRS did no referring of any kind. It became very apparent that VRS was solely motivated by getting money. I was told several different times while with them that we should look in a different area than where we wanted to be, and or, spend more money. Based on information they said in the time that I was with them, and my overall experience and correspondence, I am confident they would not have had my best interests in mind when it came to price negotiations to buy a property and it was best to go a different direction then stay with them. If you have read this far, then you are most likely in a similar situation as I was and I would simply recommend finding someone who is more interested in making sure you are in the home you want rather than a way to get a commission. If they are requiring you sign some sort of agreement prior to doing any work with you or in my case even meeting you, learn from my mistake and look elsewhere.

By far the best Realty Company in town! You won’t find another owner who cares so deeply about her agents, owners or tenants!

I have used the broker for YEARS, so refreshing to have found an agent who puts the buyer before the paycheck.I have built many times commercial and residential, bought, and sold. It’s impossible to be unhappy with Heather Chase begins you.

Heather helped me when I was at the end of my rope and had used another agent and realty service that just gave me very bad advice. Heather helped me find a new home and spent hours with me even going with me to make selections with my builder. After I moved in I came home to find that a window had fallen out and she personally went to the builder and got a temporary window until the replacement was installed. Way above and beyond!
