Edit for Millans Response:Your info is inaccurate or downright wrong, as I not only completed an application and provided all documentation, but my app was rejected due to Januarys paystubs being too low - or thats the reason given. Meanwhile youd already rented out the unit we were applying for while your office hadnt been responding to my email or reaching out via phone to either myself or my occupant about our app status for an entire week.So all of our efforts for the past 3 weeks of correspondence trying to move the application along, and address any concerns that couldve affected our qualification for the property, was pointless, as you conveniently neglected to mention this to either of us while we were waiting to hear back about our application - the whole reason we applied and paid the $40 nonrefundable fee on venmo.The final cherry on top was that I DID call to try to get to the bottom of why our app was rejected, and the agent tells me my paystubs in January didnt meet qualifications. To which I tried my best efforts to explain that my work closed for a week over holidays unpaid, something I have no control over. That Im also a grad student in practicum, so my hours were sacrificed in January; however, recent months paystubs more than covered the minimum double rent payment requirement, that I also explained is my typical income going forward. In ADDITION to that, my roommates income (which you refuse to consider for our renter eligibility because we arent married, make it make sense??). But this office gives you NO consideration of any other aspects of your employment, and no understanding for your status as a student with as many obstacles as we have to finding a place to rent around here.Lastly, on this phone call, being told that Well, the property you applied for has already been rented out anyway, in addition to, We do have one other place available, but again the problem with your Jan paystubs being too low still disqualifies you was extremely frustrating. So, incredibly frustrating experience of being tossed around for 3 wks, with nothing to show for it. All the effort my friend and I put in for that dingy walk-in closet you put up for $800 / month.

I started looking for a place back in June and had to be in somewhere by July. Most agencies were slow to respond or were very unprofessional. Not Milan!. They responded almost instantly to my inquiry and were showing me places the same week. I found a perfect house out here in Clarksville and am so happy with the service that I received then, and the service that I continue to receive. This real estate company advertised lot 207 Reynolds St for $750 then changed the price This business advertises rental properties on multiple websites. They currently have a property listed at 207 Reynolds St posted on multiple websites, each advertising $750 for monthly rent. I called them at 11:45am on January 8th 2021 saying that I seen the property listed for $750/month and I would be coming by after work to view the property and fill out an application. They said because of the house being remodeled we couldnt view it yet, but we could proceed with an application and upon approval, it would be available February 1st 2021. Upon arriving at the address provided by the business, I had to call 3 different times to find the entrance point to their location. Their actual address is 126 Ste A Main Street, Clarksville TN 37040- located on the 1st Floor of the regions bank. Later on at 4pm I entered the business and inquired about the property to submit an application with the employees. They said the property rent had been raised as of an hour ago. Yet they hadnt updated their sites to reflect the said price of $900/month instead of $750/month. I described the area to them of being on the poor side and that was too much money for the property and declined. Before I left the business and checked the site one more time to see it still reflected the monthly price of $750 and asked them if that was false advertising and they said, No.

I have leased from Milan for two years. The customer service is great. They are very responsive to any communications that I have sent. We have had very little issues with our office space and when we did they were right on it.We are very pleased with the price of our office space. The price is very reasonable compared to other areas.The Milan team is very professional and has quality people working for them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for quality office space.
