Dont bother. We paid an exorbitant $105 application fee and finally got everything submitted, which was a hassle, to the point at which they were asking for our official move-in date. After providing them with our desired date, they called the following morning stating that the property was no longer available. What an incredible waste of time and money my experience was with Platinum Realty & Management.

Well, I cant express my appreciation for Kim over at Platinum Realty. Shes incredibly professional and responsive to her clients. She responds to all emails and questions within a reasonable time. Shes friendly and personable all awhile taking care of business. We were referred to this company by our realtor and have been very pleased. They have worked hard to keep our home rented, they take great before and after photos, the maintenance request are filled and completed on time, invoices are never late, and I have never complained or received a complaint. The owner was amazing, but platinum was the most DIFFICULT realtor I have ever rented through. Consistently had an attitude with me over the phone. Told me at beginning of the lease I could extend if needed. We got to the end of the lease and they said we actually had to renew the lease then use military orders to put in a 30 days notice. Then changed it AGAIN and said it’s a 60 days notice instead of 30, which cost us a couple $1000 because they told us that after we had gotten our new place, so we had to pay rent for both for a couple months. Would tell us to be home for inspections and such, so I would stay home from work just for no one to show up.

I sought out a new property management company in January 2021. My previous property management company who I had been in contract with for more than 15 years allowed my tenants to leave my property in deplorable conditions. Essentially, they were just collecting a management fee without conducting inspections as stated in our contract. When I found Platinum Management, I was greeted promptly by the receptionist. Kim Piccininno is the agent who I spoke with about managing my property. I showed Kim the condition of my property and she was appalled. My initial impression of Kim was this is someone who will take care of my property because of her tenacious personality and concern for customers needs. DO NOT GO WITH PLATINUM REALTY they scam you out of your deposit and charge exorbitant fees and extras, they kept our 978 dollar deposit and then charged us 500 dollars for paint, because they wanted to repaint the balcony, even though it was unpainted the year we lived there, I can not express the disappointment I have in this company. Avoid at all costs. I replaced the hvac filter cause the moveout told me too, then they proceeded to charge me for it along with some plumbing and water damage issues that we identified before we moved in. (AND THEY DIDNT FIX) and then agian proceeded to charge me for it. It was ridiculous. Move into a cardboard box before choosing these guys.

Such quick and seamless process listing our house with Platinum Realty & Management. From the moment we signed our agreement they handled everything including transferring electricity to their name. There was nothing for us to do. The house was rented within 3 weeks even with incredible amount of fixes that needed to happen. Since its been rented our new tenants put in several requests and they handled everything in a timely manner, so not only has this experience been great from owners perspective but I know my tenants are pleased as well.

I switched banks and updated my payment info with Platinum, but something went wrong, and I missed my rent payment. I ended up with a lot of bank fees and missed payment charges. I reached out to Katie and Chloe, and they got everything straightened out for me immediately. They ended up refunding me all of the fees (even though not all of them were from Platinum.) They ended up eating the NSF fees from my old bank too. They insisted that I reach back out to them if I had any other issues.Additionally, Platinum is always quick to respond whenever I have any maintenance issues at my home (which has been few).All in all, they are good people who will work with you. I wish this was the case with all property management companies. I can assure you... it isnt.

Love our condo that we live in! Staff is friendly and super responsive to any problems you may have. We rented back in April when the offices were remote, and everything was still seamless. Would definitely recommend renting with them in Clarksville!

I’ve had way better realty’s I’ve rented from before. Platinum rents out not so great rentals for way more than they should be, in my opinion, as well as lots of run arounds and fees for everything. I’ve read many reviews on them being horrible upon move out about being slapped with enormous fees after taking your entire deposit for normal wear and tear, and other petty things, which I’m afraid of when we leave. Realty takes a bit of time to reach back out to you if you have a problem, but maintenance is decent. But as of now, it’s a mediocre realty. But would not plan on renting through them again after lease is up.

We rented a home from them, in which they proceeded to allow the homeowner to complete RENOVATION work to WITHOUT 24 HOUR NOTICE, therefore ruining approximately $2500 of our personal belongings. My wife woke up to 3 large men banging on her door demanding to complete work. Imagine how that felt.After they trashed our home, Platinum demanded that WE clean up the inches of dust and grime, and that they would hold us responsible if the home was not spotless upon end of lease. They balked at the idea of replacing or repairing our damaged belongings. We fought with them for months, and Platinum, nor the owner of the property, felt that it was their fault.I felt it was finally time to out this company for just how terrible they are. We would’ve hired a lawyer if it wouldn’t have displaced us halfway through our work year. Everything stated is fact, with evidence to back it up if they try and get this review removed.

In a town with so many property management companies it can be confusing! I chose Platinum based on a verbal recommendation and yelp reviews! I’m glad I did! Most expensive app fee Ive every heard of - $100, lots of run-around and pointless back-and-forth emails, only to rent the interested property and offer you look at their other properties. It felt very unfair and perhaps they are collecting multiple app fees for the same property. Renter beware. Never seen a property management company make it this complicated.

Kelly C. at the Clarksville Platinum management location, was professional & a great help to me - both when I inadvertently locked myself out of my townhouse, & also in providing me with email work orders for recent repair on my upstairs toilet which had been running basically nonstop for a month, before I realized the problem, & also for an air conditioner leak. The two items ran up my water bill extremely high for the month. But armed with the work order receipts, I can now petition Clarksville Gas & Water to cut me some slack. Just want to say that my wife rented from platinum reality and I got promoted at my current company and of course we have to re locate for my job. Its strange because I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!! My wife had to pay a breaking the lease fee with was 250 dollars. But was responsible for the rest of the rent until the lease was up. So I get it she loses her deposit but with the inspection sheet she put alot of damaged stuff before moving in. But yet still charged her for it. Now she is being forced to pay over 2,600 dollars of deep cleaning they had to do and fixing the damages that she already pit down. They did say that they will try to rent it out as quick as they can. If the apartment got rented out then she wouldnt have to be responsible for the rent when the new person starting renting it out. Tell me why when I looked up the apartment on zillow just to see how much they would rent it out for. They posted it on zillow for almost 900 dollars a month. Now when her lease was finally up they put it back down for $650 which she was paying originally. Just do yourself a favor and a huge payout to them and rent from someone else becuase all they will do is scam you and try to get more money out of you or they will send it to a creditor to damage your credit.

Ive been looking at so many rental properties lately everything had me all jumbled! Meagan took the time to walk through each property that was managed by Platinum and answered all my question & then some!!She was amazing to speak with and will definitely recommend her!

If you have any chance to rent from another company or a private owner DO SO! This place will keep your whole deposit for nothing! When I moved out there was minimal damage to my apartment. They not only kept a $700 deposit, but billed me for more. I asked the person who walked through with us prior to move out to help me figure out how much they would keep. Also asked how much the carpet would cost. She beat around the bush and never gave me a straight answer. I had 30 full days left if I would have gotten an answer saying almost 500 dollars I could have got the small issues fixed myself and saved over 400 dollars. They provided a receipt for carpet where the carpet materials were 6.79 and a pad for 1.75. The total bill with “labor” was 489.80!!! I lived in my house for two years with a 200 dollar pet deposit that should have been put towards carpet or “flea prevention” that I was also charged for. Office staff no help after talking to them multiple times prior to move out, and their not straight forward when answering questions. 0/5. Would NOT RECOMMEND

This company will nickel and dime you out of your deposit. My lease got transferred to this company halfway during my stay at a property and this company had NO knowledge of the house prior to us living in it. They also didn’t seek a move in inspection sheet from the previous company so I had to give them my personal copy. I wrote that there were lightbulbs out and broken blinds and I still got charged because I didn’t write “tape on blinds” I got charged ... ? .. even though they were broken before and annotated? Please do better in the future for the sake of your residents.

Platinum manages all of our rental units in Montgomery Co. and Davidson Co. Always very professional and keeps us updated daily from anything to maintenance requests, showings, lease expirations etc. Recently did a walk through with us on new construction. They went through every unit and collected warranty info and serial numbers on all appliances and provided recommendations on signage, fencing and trash collection. We felt like that was extra effort on their behalf to ensure our rental properties are in good hands.
