New owner took over 4 years ago. New management is great. Gate being repaired. All apts are being upgraded with beautiful hardwood laminate flooring.

These apartments are great for 1st time renters. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part. The management keeps the grass cut . The kitchen applications are nasty but they aren’t new apartments. They do have a lady bug issue and stink bugs but just doing certain seasons. Overall it’s a great start for an apartment!

Gated community and the owners have been working hard to clean up the property.

Avondale is under new ownership and a lot is being put into it, great place to live

I lived at Avondale for more then 5 years but i just moved not to long ago, but Avondale is a good place the people are friendly, the workers were good people, the apartments was very good and if i could i would go back and there was a lot of people you can make friends with and more

Transferred from a small unit to a larger unit. Pasty the manager is great. Tim the maintenance is great. The place has come a long ways in a short time. Great job. New owner is great.

This place is in a very great location minutes from Sango. The management are awesome always take care of any problems if any arise in a very timely manner. I feel very safe here too. Its quiet at night and the neighbors are all nice. We have a nice laundry room here thats always clean. The pool is well maintained and clean they keep the grounds here very clean and maintained also. All there employees are nice and friendly and get the job done.

I love being here. The management is very polite and caring. Everytime I have a problem its always fixed in a timely manner. The neighbors are very nice. The outside is always kept very clean. They are all very good people and take care of their properties and their tenants.

Worst apartment I ever lived in. Years ago when I rented, my father passed away and my stepmother was diagnosed with ALS, so I needed to move in with her out of the apt, but the owners threatened me with fines and legal fees, not caring that I needed to care for her as she was dying. I had to call in the Nashville news station to tell them my story. After that, I was allowed to move so the owners didnt get too bad of a black eye in the public

Fantastic hardworking gets to you right away when u need it and also hes very respectful and if u really get to sit down and know him more than just a maintenance man hes a really generous person

Nice place to live quiet and nicely kept. The pool is nice. They fix any issues ASAP all their works are friendly and professional .

I just moved here a few months ago just wanted to say the new management is really trying to clean the place up and really make this place nice all the apartments are being re done and look great for the price and I really love the lady in the office she is just a great caring office manger really want to give her the 5 stars

I didnt live here, but visit often. It is so dirty, poorly kept and there is a roach infestation so bad that they scuttle around on the floor in broad daylight. They have sprayed a few times that i know of but it is no where near effective because the problem continues to get worse.

I moved in Avondale in January and i love it..its quiet i got good neighbors and i love the inside of my apt my floors are my favorite of all..My landlord is great even the maintenance guy is good...

These are the worst apartments ever management is horrible and the lady that’s in the office is the rudest human being that I have ever met. Once I complained about the awful smell coming out from the airvents and she said “just put some plug in and spray lysol maybe it will help.” Then at&t workers were working underneath the apartment buildings and they noticed mold and it’s a health hazard and at the time I was pregnant so I was concerned about my health and the lady told me “well hunny it’s your word against ours” It’s disgusting everything outdated even though they say it’s remodeled. Pest control comes every 6 months. And they try to blame the bed bug infestation on new residents instead of taking care of the problem. Most of the good reviews this has are done by the owners. The struggle might be real but this is no way to treat families who work hard to pay the rent here. Real quick to evict people put takes them days/ weeks to fix a problem.

We got a refurnished room here so wood flooring and new paint. Any problems was solved quickly by maintance

Its been 8months and they wont give me my deposit back. Iv call and email for 8month and NO ONE will help me.This Apt is not a place for kids. The time I was living there there was gun shooting and down from my apt room there was a drug dealer and some of the other residents told me 3month before I moved in there was a murder somthing about a guy how cooked meth was shot and the ppl took the meth and money. Would I ever move back here I would say HELL NO!9-11-13 5:30pmIt was 2months ago I posted that up top and its now been 10months and still no deposit. The owners stop answering my calls and emails. They are scamming people out of their deposit keeping it for them self. 11-27-13 2:02pm
