Shannon Wilford is amazing. Ive worked with realtors before some of them good some of them not, but Ive never met anyone as good as Shannon. Even two months after we closed Shannon still replies when I need her. Buying a home often comes with unexpected issues, and Shannon has been very helpful in sharing her contacts when problems arise. During the purchasing process Shannon consistently gave solid advice and she never lost patience even when we struggled to find the right home. One downside is that she can be busy at times, but she is responsive and would always call back or text and didnt miss our appointments. If you want a realtor with a positive attitude, a wealth of knowledge, and great contacts, that is Shannon Wilford.
