River City Clean Team did an amazing job for me today! Our new apartment was so covered in cat hair I had to have it cleaned before we renovated! It was impossible to breathe in there and Im not even allergic. I emailed them at 11:30pm. By 9:30am I had an estimate. Their price came in well under anybody else I contacted and they were nicer too! They managed to set up a next day appointment for me and were so understanding when I ran late. These two lovely ladies then attacked every nook and cranny, getting rid of the all the hair and even the stale cat smell. The fridge is spotless, the bathroom were not renovating sparkles, and even the a/c filters are clean! Cant wait to get them back in mid renovation to make sure the cat hair is really gone and then again once all is said and done for post construction deep clean. Wonderful people, quick response time, and plenty of bang for your buck. Great job!!

I needed an apartment that was just vacated completely cleaned out at the last minute.They returned my call promptly and we set up a time for the next morning.He arrived on time and actually had to wait for me for a few minutes because I was running late.He did a complete and thorough cleaning. I had asked that even the inside of the kitchen cupboards be cleaned, ceiling fans, blinds dusted, inside the refrigerator.... everything was sparkling when finished.He was awesome!

They did a very good job with my apartment. The apartment was needed more work then they anticipated, but they worked very thoroughly without rushing despite the longer work hours, they did not charge me more than what was originally quoted for either.Many of the other places I called only gave me a quote through the phone, River City Clean Team came out to my place to give me a more accurate quote.I would definitely recommend their service to others.

River City Clean Team is amazing!! A pipe burst at my house while they were cleaning. They cleaned up all the water coming through the ceiling vents and waited for my husband to arrive. After doing some remodeling, we had a great deal of drywall and construction dust throughout the apartment. They came by and showed me where dust had settled in places I hadnt even thought. We were in a hurry to get the apartment cleaned to allow for painters to come in and they responded. His team came out and I have never been in a house that clean. If I could give you zero stars, I would. RCCT was scheduled to provide service and decided to cancel on me. These things happen. However, to tell me that you will arrive between 11 and 3, and then to cancel at 1:00 the day of appointment is a really bad look. Especially considering I have to leave town and have people coming to look at my home for sale. Thank you for totally dropping the ball and giving me the shaft guys. Icing on the cake was that they didn’t bother to call me, they backed out via email.... NiceUpdate 9-14-19. They just sent me an email thanking me for the opportunity to work for me and they look forward to seeing me again soon. Way to rub salt in the wound while also being totally oblivious to what you are doing as a company.
