Me Company worked hard to dispatch a great technician on a Sunday night. Our technician was very nice, professional, and quickly fixed the upstairs AC system so that we could sleep that night. Great job!
We’ve used Lee Company for about two years now and I am always happy with them. I feel like they have our best interest in mind and they aren’t just trying to make money. Granted, they’re a business but we always feel as if they’re honest and overall, they just do right by us. I highly recommend them for service and their annual plan is worth the cost.
I called and made an appointment for service well in advance. I get a call hours before the appointment time telling me they have to cancel and won’t be able to out for 3 more days. I am selling my home and need this service completed. They then quoted a higher price than originally quoted. Very disappointed. Appointments don’t mean anything to this company! Do not recommend.

Pretty ratty practices, Im amazed they can keep any welders or fitters on staff. No drive pay, no perdiem, use your own tools and vehicles.

New HVAC system installed. Jeremy was awesome the person that came out to quote me on the unit but everything that happen after him was horrible.Appointment was at 8am, they didn’t get there until 10:30/11. My boyfriend had to help unload the unit from the truck. (Which was the wrong unit and was installed anyway. They notified me until after install was finished). After the truck was unloaded they took a lunch because the 2nd tech had not arrived so he couldn’t install alone.Since having the unit I have called the company out twice because the unit is not keeping temperatures. We keep the thermostat set at 68-70 for this new unit and it’s not comfortable especially late night, early morning it feels like the unit is shut off completely. I told the techs both times, out of every apartment or house I have lived in, I have never had to keep my house at 70 and it’s still not cool/comfortable. Even when I set the thermostat at 70 it does not always read 70.First time the guy came out and said my new unit is too big for my return. He had to widen it out. Which still did not solve my problem. The second time I called the representative on the phone told me it would be a service fee if she sent a tech out. I refused to pay on a new unit. I told her have her manager call me back and hung up the phone. A couple hours later a manager did not call but a tech knocked on my door.Of course they set it to 68 which does no better & said that older units can cool at 74-76 because they have to work harder to keep up (Made no sense). And then was told they didn’t see a problem with the unit. I probably just feel like it’s not working but it actually is. In order for the warranty to cover anything my unit has to be broken. So I guess we will freeze this winter.Now we are in an uncomfortable house with a higher light bill.Paid thousands of dollars out of pocket w/o financing. Highly disappointed. Whenever my upstairs unit goes out or needs repairs I definitely will not make the same mistake twice by using this company.
They came out on Monday told me what was wrong and that they would have to order the parts. No time frame and then no one called me so I called again yesterday and was told someone would be in contact with me today. Well its 5:30 and I STILL have no heat and no one has reached out to me. So I paid $80 to be told what was wrong with my unit and then basically left to freeze? Terrible service. Will not use them again.
Called at 10am and they held my place in line and called back by 12pm. Woman on the phone was very pleasant and listened to my issue. She said they could work me in but it would be late in the day. Jamie called at 5pm and said he was 10 minutes away. He was very professional and personable. He let me know about the membership but when I declined he didnt push it. He let me know what everything would cost before work was performed. Great experience and very happy with everything!
Chris was very helpful in getting a new system. He was able to help me get a next day installation. I have a special needs child that over heats. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The installation team was professional and did a great job! Very happy I went with Lee!
Today was our annual plumbing checkup. Found a blown expansion tank on our electric water heater that will require further work. All other plumbing fixtures checked out fine. We still have a service contract with Lee Company and are very happy with their work!

I have had Matt from Lee Inc. service my home twice now. Yesterday he came by and installed three fire alarms and corrected a light fixture. He was on time, polite, and COVID safe. And they charged a very reasonable price for what they did. He also told me about their home maintenance program which I am getting with my new home. Glad I found Lee Inc. they definitely have made my live easier.Early this morning my power went out in my office and I called the Lee Company and they sent Matt over. He arrived with mask, gloves, and foot coverings. He immediately identified the issue and fixed it promptly. Its nice to know that with this pandemic going on, you can hire professional, safe help. He also wiped down his pay phone when I made payment. And the price was reasonable. Thanks!

Jamie was my service guy and he had to replace a sub pump in my basement he was so kind and even showed me how I had put a pipe on incorrectly on my laundry room sink. He praised me as a women for even trying to fix a plumbing issue which made me feel great. He was so respectful and I would request him again if I ever have a need again. Our experience with Lee Company was very refreshing. There employees were very knowledgeable and thorough. they explained what had happened, what probably caused it and a list of options to fix it. Our team was brothers and they worked together well. they were well mannered and worked neat. if I ever have plumbing issues again, I would not only call this company, but I would request these young men.
The values of this company has to come from the top. Told me my faucet was busted it was gonna be 400. Faucet was not busted something was lose and needed to be tighten up. I feel sorry for any older people that calls this company because I know for a fact they are getting over on folks.
Had a 35 year old toilet removed and a new toilet installed. Lee company not only replaced the toilet but replaced the old leaky valve going to it. Very pleasant and professional and made helpful suggestions.
I have a yearly contract with Lee Company, and Im not disappointed. The various teams have been helpful, friendly, understanding of my budget and available. I do recommend this company of pros. Money well spent.

Friendly prompt service. AC went out Sunday afternoon, took Tech 10 min do diagnose and change out capacitor. Also appreciated that he did not try to sell me a new unit which my unit is old and needs to be replaced. No pushy business tactics highly appreciated.

My heat wouldn’t work on Friday. I called at approximately 5:45pm and was advised the techs had been sent home and if i could wait till Monday, i said i could and was given a time frame of 4-6 pm the following Monday. On Monday i took off early to be there in case they got there a little early.....which they did not. About twenty minutes till 6pm i called to see what was going on and I’m told that my appointment was canceled. Not sure how that happened, but the lady was nice and said i would be seen. Approximately 7pm i was called and told the tech was on the way and had been trying to call me....i had my phone on me but the number the tech had been calling was not my number. I was told a tech was on the way and would be to me shortly. Finally at 8pm i called to find the tech was coming from West Nashville and was in Cedar Hill another 45 minutes away.......i cancelled because i didn’t want to deal with it anymore. I feel like my time was wasted and there was a breakdown of communication. I picked the Lee Company due to the reviews and some of the services that are offered. But i have been forced to reconsider after this experience.
Had an issue with our water heater and they were the only company (I called almost every plumber in clarksville) that could make it out the day I needed them. They were here within an hour of me calling them. Great service all around!

Matt was very professional, answered all my questions and concerns and because of the first, positive experience I experienced I set an appointment for the following week to have some odds and ends done that he quoted. First impressions are important and he knocked it out of the park!

Seems to do decent work, but they are slow to get it done scheduling wise, they seem very over scheduled always, a simple project can take a month or more
The worker was very polite, he even put booties over his shoes before coming inside. He went over everything thoroughly with me, even took pictures of things and showed me what he was talking about. I had an overall great experience and feel better knowing some issues are now fixed and will be monitored!
Im not one to typically leave reviews, but I could not be more pleased with Lee Company. Our technician, Joe, arrived early, was very knowledgeable, and able to figure out the issue quickly. An absolute gem to work with! Highly recommend!!
It was the middle of the work week when our upstairs HVAC system went out. My wife and I wanted a reputable company to come by and access the problem so we chose Lee Company. The tech arrived and checked the unit. I was informed that the compressor was broken and that the coils were rusted out. He advised me that the unit will need to be replaced. The new unit would cost between $8000 to $12000. I paid the assessment fee. The tech advised that he would have a finance specialist to come by the next day. Instead of having the finance person come by we had a second opinion from someone else. During their assessment they found that the compressor and the coils were fine. He advised my wife and myself what the issue was. It was the start compacitor. He had the part needed in his truck, replaced it, fixed it and had our HVAC back working in no time. Im disappointed in Lee Companys representative being untrustworthy and preying on folks in the community during these trying times. Lee Company gets a 0 star rating in my book!!
Keith was the HVAC Lee Company Technician that fixed my Condo AC. He was very professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend Lee Company if all there technicians are as good as Kevin. I have not had such good Customer Service in a long time.
They were very professional. The repair man was super nice and explained everything 2x! Lolz! Once 2me and again 2the Mrs so we were clear on discounts and such. We even signed up 4the maintainence plan.
This is not the first time I’ve used Lee Company. From the office staff to the dispatched technicians everyone is courteous and professional. The prices are reasonable also. I will keep Lee as my go to home maintenance company.

I had been without heat for a few days and they came out right when they said they would. David did an amazing job and found our issue very quickly. He told us our option for repair and had us up and running in no time. He even signed us up for a free year of HVAC and plumbing services.
For 60 bucks to come tell me what I pretty much knew, not happy with the service. Thats with a 20 discount too. He came out there did 3 checks and then recommended services. It would have been just as easy for the dispatcher to recommend those services over the phone. Ill be using another service to clean my ducts.

I can’t say enough about how hard Lee Company is working to get me my new HVAC unit! I have an extended warranty policy with State Farm which turned out to be through a third party. It has been a total nightmare to get anything accomplished aside from Lee Company (specifically Chris McMurtry) being so thorough with their assessment on the claim form and going the extra mile to contact State Farm and HSB representatives on my behalf to push them for the honest and efficient resolution.
The Electrician and The HVAC Expert were excellent! They were on time, they were clean and gentlemanly, but most of all they knew what they were doing. They fixed our problems very quickly and were on there way. Great service, done right. Thank you Lee Co.
The price was just a little bit high but when you can hit all five matrices paying a little bit more for good, prompt service is pretty much no-brainer.

Lee Company was amazing my call was last minute but they worked me in the technician who came out called before he came, provided a ETA. Once he arrived he went over everything from prices to other services offered answered all my questions and took his time to make sure everything was running smooth.
Sought second opinion and got a different assessment and unit repaired at a much lower rate. Disappointed.

Matt showed up only a half hour into the two hour arrival window and he was super nice! The house is very awkward and old and Matt was able to work with it and around our 16 month old. We had four different light fixtures that needed updating. One had an outdated fan and another one was an odd size. He was very professional and did great work! The price was AMAZING!!! We would totally call them again!

Price is fair, but pressured to purchase parts that are not yet needed. Needed report for house to close and report written to make buyer think I refused to fix parts and that the HVAV would fail. Yes, part.will evetually need replaced but not required at this time. I should have gone with the HVAC company I used 6 months prior.

I expected better from Lee Company. I had an appt yesterday at 8a. No one showed. 45 min later I decided to call and see what was going on. I was told that my tech had called in sick. Okay, thats fine but why did I not receive a call to let me know no one would be able to make it? Appt rescheduled for today at 11a. Again, no one shows on time and 30 min later I call to be told my tech is still on another job. That is fine as well but please let me know. I made sure I was home for these appt that no one is showing up for and I could be doing other things. It would also be different if I was given a window time (ex. appt scheduled between 11a-1p ) instead I was told 11a so I expect someone to be at my home at that time. I shouldnt have to call your company to see if my appt has been cancelled or to be told my tech is running late. Extremely unhappy.Update: My tech, Brandon arrived at 1p and I was pleased with the service. However, I wont be a return customer.
I had Matthew today at my house I called yesterday and got a better time today what worked.My house got striked form a lightning and I had some damage he found the problem quick and explained everything to me great service and good price.
