Priority towing is the best💪The are affordable an professional.I recommend them first before any one else. 😁

They put small signs that you would not see unless you were looking for them at locations they have a contract with and then put a lock on your airline and charge you $200 cash to take it off or be towed. They screw hard working truckers out of their money like this way too often. Not in town often but When I have been I’ve had a horrible experience with this company.

Tow truck driver forgot to leave the keys but the attendant on duty was very gracious to go out and meet him and pick them up only took about an extra 15 minutes

Quite the scam they have going for truckers, woke me up at 4am, they had already put a lock on my gladhand. I had to pay $100 drop charge (cash only) and he wouldnt give me a receipt. It feels kind of like vandalism or armed robbery to me.

I called and arranged a pickup of my bike. He agreed to a time and place and price and never showed up. I called many times and he didnt answer. I had to find another person last minute. Dont waste your time calling this guy.

This tow truck almost caused not one, but two accidents while towing a white BMW. The driver had obvious difficulty in staying in the lines of the road. Would never use this service - perhaps in the future consider the fact that you have an advertisement on the side of your truck while youre exhibiting your road rage.UPDATE: Good response from ownership, taking the safety of their community seriously. UPDATE:. MGT wrote me a note of apology and remedied the situation. Issue is resolved.They tried to tow my sons car with him inside. Charged him 140 dollars to unhook (according to Ohio law they can only charge 65 for a vehicle under 10000 lbs). And refused to call back to discuss after 3 attempts. DO NOT USE-CORRUPT.

I was visiting my babymother at her house for a hour came back outside and my car was gone & all they had to tell me was it was $150 to get my car out today & that my car shouldn’t of been parked there!

My car was towed for being in a handicap spot. I tried calling them and the gentleman said he has to call the office and find out if it was towed. I tried calling more times and they are not answering my call. It was towed overnight.

Delivering food in a pandemic and they hook up to truck while still in it... nobody even knocked... was told to park there. Calling the Ohio attorney general Im pretty sure this was not essential work. Also was made to pay cause he was already hooked.. shady company.. guess bbb will also be on that list.

They definitely need to train more of their people on how to do the uhaul rentals process, but after what seemed like forever (really, it was about 2 hours) we finally got a truck rented. We did not use the service they offer. While at a four way stop, the guy was towing a car and had a car in his bed. He completely ignored the four way stop. When it was out turn to go, he tried to go and we almost got hit, honked our horn and he started yelling. I can’t imagine what their customer service is like. To see a professional driver not understand the simple rules of driving is extremely alarming.

Only gave one star because I couldnt give zero stars. Im in the bunk of my tractor, asleep after driving from goldsboro, NC., and delivering my load. Felt the truck rocking a little bit but thought it was the wind blowing, until my trailers air line was pulled loose. Then I here someone knocking on my truck, after the air line was pulled. I ask the guy, (thats taking pictures of my rig), if I can help him, and he asks me if I had seen the no parking signs while pointing to the fence on my passenger side of the truck, to which I answered, no. There are no signs on the fence. He then informs me that he is towing my truck. First of all he was hooked up to the rear of my trailer and put a glad hand lock on the trailer. I then told him that Id have the police here shortly. Once the police arrived, I informed them that I had absolutely no time left on my Federally Mandated Driving Clock, and they told me that if I would just pay the guy he would leave me alone. I told them that I have no way of paying him, and he (Orlando, the tow truck driver), then calls my road service and requested that they pay him, again, for hooking up to the rear of my trailer and putting his glad hand lock on, the price was $150. They were going to pay him but he failed to produce a Tax ID number, and after sitting here for 1.5 hours informed me that he had to still impound the rig because he hadnt been paid yet. I then told him that they needed a Tax ID number in order to pay him and he told me that theres a new guy at the shop and he doesnt have access to that. This sounds like one hell of a racket to me, how can you send a tow truck driver out at around 12am and make him disturb a guy whos out here trying to make a living, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, and completely screw a guy out of the sleep that he deserves, making it to where he will end up losing a load because he cant safely drive on 3 hours of sleep. You have got to be the most crookedest bunch of anti-trucking industry people that Ive ever had the inconvenience to deal with, thanks for taking money out of not only my company, but also my families pocket as well. And for trying to put peoples lives at risk.

I live next door and watch one of the workers here literally shake cars off of their tow truck. He will be going at it for 30+ minutes shaking his hydraulic back and forth putting his tow on two wheels and shaking the bejesus out of the car. Feel bad for anyone who gets towed here.Check the damage on your car!

I had contacted AAA and they sent me a driver from priority towing named Anthony Campbell. By far he is the best tow truck driver I have ever met ‼️‼️ he went out of his way to be able to get me a can of Fix-A-Flat and air in my one tire. I highly recommend priority towing not only because I had a wonderful experience but because of the wonderful guy who helped me and my 13 year old daughter that was stuck on the side of the road ‼️‼️‼️ Thanks SOSOSOSOS much‼️‼️‼️

They responded pretty quickly when I needed my car towed to a repair shop. They arrived within their time estimate (under an hour) and let me know when they were on the way. Got my car hooked up fast, even though it needed wheel hooks. They were professional and easy to deal with. Price was reasonable.

I dont usually write in to voice my opinions, but just had to this time. I was involved in a freak accident in the pouring rain at 6am on the interstate, in which my car hydroplaned at 65mph and immediately launched into a spin across 3-lanes of highway and landed, rear of the car first, onto the muddy hillside, straddling the rain ditch. The car skidded along the muddy hill and nestled just behind the guard rail. I called the police and then AAA towing. The flatbed sent did not have the capabilities to get me out, due to the precarious position, the morning rush hour, and the fact that the nose of the car was touching the muddy ground. Cincinnati AAA then told me this was a “recovery” and would have to send another tow truck capable of pulling me out. About 20 minutes later, a truck from Priority Towing & Recovery arrived, with Ronnie Sweet driving. Boy, after such a horrible morning, it seems that I finally had luck on my side. Ronnie immediately gathered all the data needed and took in all the factors surrounding the rescue of my car. He was confident, reassuring, and matter-of-fact. He told me “No problem, I will get this out for you; don’t you worry”. I watched in amazement as he wrapped a strap around the driver’s side front tire, hooked it to the tow cable, and slowly and methodically pulled the car out of the muddy hillside and around the guard rail – wish I would have filmed it. After pulling it out fully with the front-end tow bar, he turned my car around and told me I was ready to go. I thanked him profusely for all he did and, just as incredible, drove home with a muddy, but undamaged car. KUDOS also to the State Farm Emergency Service vehicle, who alerted interstate drivers of the accident scene (flashing lights) and also blocked the right lane of the highway while this extraction happened. Needless to say, Ronnie and Priority Towing saved the day (2/12/19).

Had a notice on semi truck that had to be moved in 24hrs. I parked truck at 330pm. And came back at 12 am and truck had already been towed. Wasn’t event there 10 hrs. Then had to go to two separate places. Trailer was at lot where needed to be paid at and the truck was at a different location. They would only except CASH no cards or company electronic checks. They just got $400 dollars and aren’t going to pay taxes on it. I think somebody going to have a visit from the IRS

I would not recommend them they did not follow through with phone call after delivering the car they did not deliver the car to the service area they dropped it off in front of the building then left. my car sat there all day long It never get looked at till the next day

They could not even help me when I called said they only had four drivers and they were all on the east side of town I had to call another tow company

They have some great drivers. Not to long ago my car was broke down in parking garage. There were 2 other tow companys tried to get my car from the garage but couldnt get it out. Priority towing showed up, drivers name was Billy and he got my car out and towed it where i told him to take it. Good job boys!

Very fast response time, very professional, I was on I-75 North at the Norwood Lateral, during rush hour traffic, and construction .Driver Billy called me and advise me of his Estimated Time Arrival .He was right on time, Mr.Billy got out of the truck came straight to me shook my hand, then got me out of my vehicle and put me in the cab of his truck for safety .Was very professional as he loaded and got me 156 miles to the tow destination. I am not a person who write reviews, but today I had the pleasure of got helped by one of your workers, his name is Ronnie, he helped me towing my car and suggesting me a better mechanic to get my problem done. This Towing Company hooked up to my tractor & trailer while I was sleeping, then told me I have to pay him before he could release my truck. He then drove me to the freaking ATM so I could pay him to release my truck. Some ppl are eating the bread of sorrows and tears. As hard as truck driver work no one should do this to us. Priority Towing is no better than the Taliban or ISIS. You are terrorizing your own!!

This was awesome. Every other towing place was closed, but Priority Towing literally stopped everything that they were doing to come out and help me. The guy that I talked to on the phone was the same guy that came out and gave me a tow. He helped to make sure that everything was safe and that nothing else on my car would be further damaged. On the ride to the repair shop, he gave me advice on what to ask for to get the best deal on getting my car fixed. He was so friendly and stayed with me through the whole process, even though it was a busy Saturday morning. I couldnt be more grateful!

I called priority towing cause I had a flat and needed a tow. They were out to me within 15 minutes. Instead of towing me, to get a new tire, he replaced it with my same size spare tire. He even made sure the air in the spare was good. Great service.

Fast and reliable service.. I have used the tow service a few times . They have never let me down. We was broke down on the side of the road in walton Kentucky for hours all local tow truck companies had long wait times. Stranded in a parking lot in Cincinnati, OH and our battery died. Bruce came and jumped the battery and led us back to the shop. We didn’t need a battery just had to tighten the cables. Great guys!!!

Had a minor issue with my big lifted 08 f250 on 35s and they responded through my AAA call. Brian responded and picked me and my truck up in a very timely manner especially with 275 rush hour traffic after talking some I found I was his last pickup for the night and he was about to be off duty. Regardless I asked him to simply drop me off at the parts store and Id do what needed to be taken care of there once we arrived he dropped my truck off while I went inside to grab what I needed while in line he noticed I was buying tools needed to do the job ( all my tools were at work ) and said I dont need to buy those that he had a tool set I could use. Once i got outside he had the lights on my truck so i could see what i was doing and he gave me all the tools I needed and even PB Blaster which was definitely needed. All of this after he was off the clock and away from his family he couldve easily gone home but he chose to stay and lend a hand which was and still is highly appreciated. So brian if you read this I owe ya a beer or two and if his boss reads this he needs a raise! Thanks again for all the help.

Over, Above and beyond Great service. Prices are more than reasonable. Actually affordable.Towing maybe thier specialty, but for me it was more. I had a fender bender. They were able to order my car parts, which arrived quicker than expected. I wasnt able to get too them during business hours due to extenuating circumstnces. So one of the owners made a special trip to deliver my part, he even installed on site. This was way more than I expected!! Thanks guys!!

They need better employees and professionals. First the tow driver pushed the car (Not My Car, I dont know the owner) in front of my driveway blocking it. Then he proceeded to block my truck on the street after I asked him not to because I was preparing to leave. He blocked it anyway and refused to move telling me Id have to wait. And unfortunately I had to wait, in turn delaying my scheduled plans. I then phoned in to the office just to be told oh, well sorry. Bad business and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

And once they receive service they dont want to pay, which is a CRIME... and then want to leave phoney reviews. This place has great prices great service professional staff and their equipment is newer and well maintained. I myself have used their towing service many times as well as their repair shop, grease monkey garage. I have never had a bad experience with this company and will continue to use them as needed in future. And I recommend them to anyone who needs roadside assistance or a vehicle repair.
