A great service to call when your car breaks down! I called the office, left a message, and they responded back within a couple of minutes. Their service was timely, and Ray was so helpful and friendly. He even sent a photo and message letting me know my car arrived safely. Fantastic customer service!

My Nissan rogue wouldnt start at the dealership. I used my insurance to request a tow. I called the insurance company to determine if I would need to leave the key and they werent sure. Of course I took the key just out of an abundance of caution. The tow operator (Lee) stated he wanted to be helpful ( I was frazzled) and stated he would stop by my home first to pick up the key. He did and I was so appreciative. For his willingness to go above and beyond, I highly recommend.

When our classic car broke down today we called AAA. They said it would be 2 hours but Ray was there in 15 minutes. He was SO nice and professional and was extra gentle with towing our beloved classic car. What a great guy! I’d use this company again in a heartbeat.

My driveway is very long and very narrow with ditches on both sides. I had pulled into my driveway and was not going fast enough and became stuck. As I tried to maneuver myself back and forth I slid sideways to the right and into the ditch. I was literally an inch away from my waterline which protrudes up out of the ground. Newdawn Towing and Recovery sent Ray out to come in extract me. I cannot express how awesome he was. He had to go back and forth 20 times hooking and rehooking my vehicle to go to different angles to get me out without damaging the water line. He was so calm unlike me. He did a phenomenal job and I just cant say enough about how awesome he was and how happy I am. Very very well done sir.

Was told at the time of tow request that the driver would need to back down the street to drop the vehicle off. Once the driver arrived, he did NOT back down. The driver was then told to go back up the street and back down. The driver didnt listen and decided to enter a private drive instead to do the backup. That didnt work either. The driver was told a 3rd time to go to the top of the street and back down which he FINALLY did, however, he didnt back down our driveway. He said he didnt think he could do it. Proceeded to drop the vehicle off on the street. UNBELEIVABLE!

Lee Bolin was Fantastic. He brought out a flatbed tow truck which would not have accommodated my Honda Civic Type R. He helped me inspect the tire and filled it up and since I lived so close said it would be safe too baby it home. I made it safely 😊 thanks Lee!

The service provided by the employee sent for the job was positive and upbeat, (considering I was not having a good day), being what was the issue, and very professional from beginning to end.

My insurance agency quoted me a towtruck driver in 60 minutes. George came out in literally 20 minutes! He was so friendly, masked up, and took care of everything.

Used them with a battery issue in winter, they were very prompt and George worked hard on getting my car aligned to tow. My only suggestion is a bit more training on the battery checker he was using might have been helpful.

Blew a tire after running over something on the highway. Was pulled off the side of the road putting my spare on when someone in a New dawn truck pulled up behind to help shield me from passing vehicles while I changed my tire. Gentleman even helped put my lug nuts on with his air wrench. With his assistance was back on the road within 15 minutes.

George got to my vehicle in great timing, explained to me the process of the towing and got my car to the shop quickly. Thank you guys

These drivers go above and beyond for their customers. I broke down at night on the highway. Being a woman stranded at night with my child was a very frightening experience. I explained the situation to the dispatcher who was understanding and helpful. My driver arrived quickly and was polite & professional. My driver was able to jump/fix my car as it was only the battery when I was ready to have it towed. Thanks newdawn I will definitely use you again!
