PLEASE DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE. The manager is the young blond woman working in the office PRETENDING TO BE THE WIFE of the owner! HE’s a 60 year old MARRIED MAN! His real wife lives in town! They fire drivers left and right and constantly accuse them of stealing out of customers cars! These are TERRIBLE PEOPLE! They also scrap cars ILLEGALLY and the vehicles on their property get broken into because of not having proper security. THESE PEOPLE DON’T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS! If it’s a police call ask for ANOTHER TOW SERVICE. DON’T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS. AWFUL AWFUL.

Messed up my car when it was towed. Muffler was on the ground, brake line was snapped, huge dent left on my car, and one of my back wheels is out of line. When I watched one of the drivers drop off a car in the impound lot, the car was rubbing up against one of the cars parked in the lot.

Picked me up at the drop of a dime when nobody else was available. Great service and Mike was nice to talk to. Thanks again!

Poor customer service, the guy was rude and didnt have exact change, so I was over charged, he was pretty fast releasing my car only after showing up an hour after the opening time. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but his attitude was trifling. Oh and did I mention he towed my car unintentionally, in an attempt to get some one elses car. Just unprofessional

Unhelpful and difficult to work with. Had it not been for an emergency situation and the police calling them, I would not have used them. After trying to deal with them after the tow, I will definitely not use them again.

Called to let them know my SHOTGUN was STOLEN out of the vehicle. Manager said hes not responsible for stolen items. I called cincinnati police department to let them know the situation and why they are using this company to pick up cars that have been in a wreck. CHARGED 4x the amount of a normal tow as well.

Car got towed by this company. When I get my car there was a huge dent on the trunk of the car that was not there before. There were also scratches on my bumper that had not previously been there. Really don’t care about the scratches but the dent is pretty big. Not a good company.

I needed to set up a tow within Cincinnati OH however we are located in Pennsylvania. This company was a pleasure to work with and very efficient. We couldnt have asked for more. Thank you for great service.

First of all. they charged double of what any other tow service charges.Driver Kevin says hes the owner is very disrespectful.And dont except credit cards which I was not inform.Acted a fool and caused much inconvenience..

Went to pick up my personal belongings out of my car today at their lot at Byrneslake Ct. Money that I distinctly remember that was in the car was gone. They looted all the quarters (about 7 dollars) out of my car that I put in last week. The man was nice and respectful and said he would tell his boss but nothing should have been stolen in the first place. Car was towed after an accident that was not my fault. Will be filing a police report even though I dont care about the money. Seems that they go through everybodys things in cars that they tow and that is wrong.EDIT- reassure me? You guys are petty thieves. It is blatantly obvious that you guys were the ones responsible for all the things missing in my car.

This is by far the WORST towing experience Ive had in all my life. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING SERVICE! They are lying, decieving, untrustworthy business men. I will never allow them to touch my vichles again!

I have been using sawyers towing for over 10 years now. Theyre always on point and we havent had any major issues.

Treated very rudely by the person on phone. Have waited 3 hours this is the second towing company I’ve been waiting for. Someone else got towed over us and it wasn’t even the correct car!

Worst experience ever they stole multiple things out of my car! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL AVOID THIS SKETCHY BUSINESS.
