Contracted Upscale to assist with our backyard pool hardscapes and design. Chris, the owner, took the lead on all of this and was a pleasure to work with. Chris was right on the spot with his estimate and we ended up coming in right at what he projected. Our project was fairly large and incorporated a number of different materials, from pavers, to boulders, to lights and retaining walls. This project went according to plan. The crew that worked on our project was everything we could hope for and showed so much attention to detail, that we referred Upscale to two other friends who were also having pools installed. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to hire Upscale again, as the workmanship the crew and owner demonstrated was top notch.
