Five stars for honest, reputable service and treatment. Had a misunderstanding where the service shop replaced brakes/rotors ($900) when I had the parts in my garage and planned to change myself. They owned the issue and did not charge for the service (and I came ready to defend my case with the parts, receipts,etc).Always been treated fairly/well before, often see service experts downsell if the smaller fix is better. Most service prices are competitive from what I can tell.Will be back for all our Fords!
