Recent oil change done in 30 minutes. Price was fair, the staff is very cordial, and they did NOT try to sell me other services that I did not need. They did exactly what they promised to do ! Also as a former customer, they text me when their hours change during holidays or from Covid. Very considerate!

Grateful to Glenway Auto Center for helping my family in a difficult situation. My daughter was traveling across country moving from the East coast out West when her engine died 45 miles outside of Cincinnati. Phil was kind enough to let us have her car towed to the shop even though they were booked solid for The next week. They assess the situation the next day and provided options. Parts were ordered, the car and my daughter’s belonging were kept safe and she was able to get back on the road again. They wanted me to pay 150.00 for a diagnosis fee. Then if I decided to let them repair it, the 150.00 fee would go towards the cost of the repair. All I needed was my alternator replaced. However they refused to accept my confirmed diagnosis from auto zone. They refused to give me an estimate on how much it would cost. So I removed the two bolts myself. Replaced the serpentine belt and bad boom, bada bing, I replaced it myself. Anyone could change this alternator. You can watch it on you tube. This repair shop is for chumps.

My car has issues with lights coming off and on. It was determined that she needs a timing belt and has an oil leak. They were honest with me that it would be cheaper to buy a new car than to fix this. Honesty saves me in the long run.

Dropped my Jeep Wrangler just before a holiday. Glenway Auto Center made sure I understood how long they would be closed for the holiday and just what to expect as they needed extra time to complete a labor intensive repair on my 10 year old Jeep.Estimate given for parts and labor was very accurate and the resulting work was another job well done. I was new to Cincinnati. I left my brother mechanic back in Arizona. I needed a mechanic and found Glenway Auto. Wow. They have lived up to their already great reviews over the past two years. I am eternally grateful to them all for their help and care of my Kia Minivan.

My car was purchased from Honda October 2018.Just turning over 5,000 miles I figured I should get an oilcheck and full check up, But did not want to droive to Spring Grove in the middle of a pandemic when we were told to stay home, Glenway Auto was the perfect solution. Close to home with a good reputation. And they lived up to it.

First time at the one on Glenway. Use to work by the one in Florence KY and loved the service there. I was pleasantly surprised that the service was awesome here too. Service was quick and pricing was great.

They charged me $500 for their overpriced services and a day later my car broke down. Turns out I needed a new engine. Now I’m not just out $4800 for the engine, which I had done elsewhere obviously. I’m also out the $500 that I payed Glenway Auto to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING - if anything, they made things worse.

I stopped in on a sloppy, snowy day when my windshield wipers shredded and a new engine light just came on. Glenway Auto got me in right away, replaced my wipers and gave me great info and assurance about the engine light. Its great that they are so flexible to take in quick requests and show such interest in their customers and building relationships. Great customer service! Thanks again!

Had an oil change which took less than a half hour. Earlier this year had to have Auto Body work done due to a car accident. Glenway did such beautiful work, aside from a still needed decorative strip, that if you look at my car now, you wouldnt know it had been in an accident. The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable of taking care of cars. .

About a month ago, something punctured my tire and I had a slow leak. After dealing with it for a long weekend, I could tell it was losing air faster and I needed it fixed sooner rather than later. I called a few other tire places who said they were too busy to help me after work. The gentleman at Glenway Auto were so kind and accommodating, understanding that I had to pick up my young children from daycare after work and couldnt get there until 5ish. They stuck around until I got there and quickly patched my tire. They were so helpful and kind on a day when I was so stressed that I honestly almost cried. Thanks again 💙

I got tires and front end work. My 2009 Impala ran like a new car. I am entirely with my experience at Glenway.

I took my 98 Honda Accord to Glenway Auto Center for a front end alignment. After they inspected it they said it didnt need the front end aligned but the rear was out of alignment. I asked them to go ahead and do the alignment. They came back 20 minutes later and said the bolts were frozen and they were unable to do the alignment and they didnt charge me anything. Their honesty has earned my trust.

I bought my 2006 Chevy Colorado in to get the air conditioning looked at and they found a leak in one of the coolant hoses. They had to order the part and got it done the next day. They did a great job. Now I have to bring in my Chrysler 300 to get its A/C looked at.

Glenway Auto Center has again performed a good and complete repair of my 2007 Chevrolet Suburban. There was a major engine lifter problem, and they repaired it in a timely manner for a reasonable cost. They also gave me a good recommendation on future repairs for this engine type.

I have been taking my vehicles here for years. They have always taken great care of me. Nick and Mike are always complete professionals. This most recent time, I got great service, up until I went to pick up my vehicle. I showed up just before closing (558pm to be exact, as I work downtown and made every effort to get there as quickly as possible without teleporting), I met someone named Brad as they were apparently leaving, and explained I was here to pick up my vehicle. He copped an attitude (complaining that they just closed everything down and he would “try and make it work”) acted like a child, and when he got to the service counter, threw his stuff around like someone took his toys away. Definitely not the service I would say is acceptable or rave-worthy. If anything, it made me want to never give or refer any business back here again. The only saving grace from his bad attitude, was the positive experience I had with mike earlier.

April 10, 2020Went there today, slow leak in 3 month old tire, purchased elsewhere. Fixed in 15 minutes and would not accept any payment.How is that for a great business.
