Transplace is almost the complete opposite of logistical.It is extremely difficult to contact someone in customer service, find specific shipment information and all around work with.There is almost always an issue with every shipment that is handled by Transplace.Orders are frequently late, misplaced and scheduled for different hours than were entered.I highly recommend using a different logistics provider. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

It has happened to me several times. When you haul a load for this broker, you need to wait several months to get pay. I called to the number on the rate con. And they transfer you from person to person and eventually they hang up. If after several attempts you could talk to somebody, the excuse is they haven’t received the paperwork. So it’s just of waste of time and money to take a load for this company.

Tracking would not work. They were notified. Withheld $50 for not using tracking. Lame.
