2 hours in and out .paperwork in the back of the trailer sing one copy and put it in the box by the door

Grumpy lady at counter. She basically did not acknowledge me waiting. She was much too busy with her important paperwork. (I was 10 minutes late even though my dispatcher dispatched me 35 minutes -from Hebron KY- to pick up across the river at Springdale OH). NOTE: Park in dirt lot and not near the docks. Too tight to maneuver with extra trucks in the way. Get there early. Lady will still be grumpy.

Horrible, the lady in the shipping office is so rude. It is not the drivers fault you are having a bad day. If you hate dealing with drivers, find another job.

Check in 16:45, appointment 17:00, dock right away, check out 18:45, everything was nice. POP.

Office lady is very rude! Empty parking lot and had a childish fit saying I am blocking whole driveway! I have never seen an older lady act so childish and rude! Even when parking lot is empty she makes you move your truck to a gravel u-turn lot then makes you walk all the way down to the shipping office that would take more time than just checking in! She must not have any common sense or even have a brain to think about that! Even the fork guys were talking about her. Saying she is ridiculous! How does she even have a job where she has to communicate with people. Maybe she needs to retire to a camper out in the woods where she can be angry all by herself.
