Booked a load with Zach Heydon From 700 Bartram Parkway Franklin, INHeading to Denver, CO @ Kroger. Broker advised that they have missed their appointment for pick up but will provide detention & to keep track of our time when we booked the load. We advised on emails with our check in check out times and updated throughout the load.We provided the times on the bills as well. Everything was delivered clean bills. It is now 8-5-21 we have followed up multiple times for our Detention time at the shipper which has been denied by HG & this employee. At this point we rather make other carriers & customers aware of how they operate instead of getting our Detention funds.SincerelyMack VirkCeo Mack Truck Lines

Really great company I started hauling for HG alittle over 2 years ago . The first person I dealt with was Joesph he is really great you can call him anytime day or night if you have a problem and he will try his best to get it resolved and the rates are great

HG logistics are the best company i have had business with so far ... i had a load from them that picking up on Friday night and I showed up on my appointment time but the shipping office was Repeatedly telling me that my PU# isn’t correct so i had to call them and Travis ( the night shift of HG ) answered and tried to talk to them but still they said no correct PU# and at that point I gave up hope but he asked me to wait for few minutes and will see what can he do ... few minutes later he called me and told me that his BOSS WILL SHOW UP THERE (Zech) Wow that is what i am talking about and then he showed up and went inside for a minute and came back to me and said you are good to go .. I mean really Friday Night about 11:40 PM who will show up at the facility just to load you up !!!! No one answers the phone after hours. TERRIBLE...

Duke was rude and called me back to take back our load because he found someone cheaper. Then told me he would let me keep it if I dropped my already agreed rate by $300..

Don’t try to get ahold of any here on the weekend they will not answer five calls then finally answer then hang up on you, why even post loads on the weekend, waste of time.
