Lazy !! Not the workers in the warehouse, but the office people who wants to look like they are very busy. They needed one hour to come out and brake the seal, maybe it was too cold or not ready to unload a reefer set to 35...They store stuff for JTM Food Group... the laziness must be contagious.....

We had booked a load with Steve Balint with Taylor Logistics and was hit with 3 separate reports with 3 separate carrier watch websites. Our truck was having some problems so we gave him the option to either move it with another carrier or hold on to see if the dealer ship will be able to fix it in time to go ahead and pick up his freight the following day. He didnt even give us a chance to prove that we had paper work to prove to him that the truck was honestly having some problems, nothing major but it is needed to be taken care of before we can load his freight in our trailer. We were being cautious, we wanted to make sure our unit is in perfect condition so we dont have a break down and cause a big mess with delayed delivery. We are very professional carrier and we can prove it. Steve sounded very angry and was grunting and breathing heavily over then phone while he was talking to my co-worker, either he was having a bad day or obviously has some sort of anger problem.
