Avoid this broker if you dont want to waste your time and money, driver was waiting in Bronx NY two days and a half to get empty and they are just ignoring my emails, calls. Avoid because they not gonna pay you any detention, layover, TONU. Dont work with them!!!!

Shady schemes to steal your money!

Booked a load with Drew Williamson IL-IA. Said the load was clean and palettized but it was actually recycled material. I have a food grade trailer but did not cancel it. The driver got to the receiver and they sent him to a different warehouse. I advised the broker right away requesting an extra stop but they didnt approve. Dont care for carriers and hard to reach once the load is delivered. Will avoid from now on

I BOOKED MULTIPLE LOADS WITH A MAN THEY CALL THE GOAT HE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LOGISTICS PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. IF I COULD, I WOULD ONLY BOOK LOADS WITH THIS COMPANY. EVERY PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH IN THE COMPANY IS PROFESSIONAL AND HAS THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR ME AND MY BUSINESS.

Gateway was very easy to work with. Paid well on load. Used quick pay. Operations team was awesome. Sent rate-con quickly and they were very professional.

Drove all night to get to the receiver for an apt the next morning. Spent 6+ hours getting unloaded - requested detention and had to wait almost 2 weeks for an answer- finally was told we couldnt get detention because we checked in late. Book load over this broker house,they dont pay for detention at any shipper,and they do know how they working amd dont give a damn about it.exuse is thays the way it work,well gentlemens and ladys it doesnt work like that,you have to pay for det if the confrm. say time in n out and dont ever lie again for weight!!!!! thank you but load from them never again

Be careful with this company and especially Kenny Gabbard. Worst broker I had the chance to work with. On Thu we booked a load with Kenny for a pick up in WA on Sat - 2 days later. The load according to Kenny was good to go. Well, it wasnt. My driver spent 8 hours at the shipper on Sat, because part of the load was not even ready. And now Kenny refuses to pay the losses we experienced due to his inability to make sure he the load he is selling is good to go. We lost $900 due to Kenny ! And he is refusing to acknowledge his mistake and pay us accordingly. Be careful when you work with Kenny. He doesnt know what is going on with his loads and he may stuck you for the weekend and cause you to experience losses. We got lucky we were able to find a load on Sun, otherwise out losses would be double.
