Wake up out of your bed early to report to a job where no one cares about your opinion although you are the one who deals with the customer directly. I felt used and unappreciated.andJob asking of too much and you always on edge to lose your job wont stand behind u on nothing your statements are lies and always looking for way to fire u once u learn there garbage

Horrible customer service! We were told we would receive a call to confirm delivery for a Sunday delivery. Nobody called and all we know is we have to cancel our pland and wait at home on Sunday to maybe get our delivery. No phone call and nobody is available to answer the phone. Dont order anything that uses these guys. Horrible!!!

Order placed 12-28 still haven’t gotten my package 1-22 no one at this place will return a phone call it’s very frustrating, I have emailed customer service, nothing. They are only open til 5 but all deliveries seem to take place after that.. not an easy place to deal with, if you can avoid this delivery place DO IT ! Cincinnati location.

Worst customer service I have E.V.E.R experienced! For 3 weeks straight we attempted to have our treadmill delivered! For some reason they could never give us a time, but would give us a 4 hour time gap. Which was fine, but then would show up before that time frame! For people who work, that is NOT ok and we communicated that to Kim each attempt for delivery. Dont give a four hour time frame if you plan to show up when its convenient for you ( and not give us a notice to inform us our time frame was bumped up). Dont tell us to make sure we are home for those 4 hours then show up before hand and then leave when we made contact to let them know they are early, but we are on our way! We took a half day at work on two separate occassions to be home by the time frame that was given to us and the driver already came and went 38 minutes prior to when the time frame started! Of course I called and left a message x2 to site manager and never got a call back until I demanded from Kim to speak with a manager. Manager was NO help. Long story short, my husband ended up driving an hour away to pick up our treadmill( that they had for 3 weeks) that they were suppose to deliver and assemble! We were so told a delivery would happen on a certain date ( Kim ) and when I called a week later to confirm the time frame the day before, Kim said she had nothing scheduled for us....when the previous week she told me she would put us on for that following week! Of course I had to call and find out that was not the case. It was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! Ive worked in customer service and these people have no idea what they are doing! Lack of communication! Save yourself a headache and stay away!

Dealt with Brandon Snow (and Kim) today with what has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They called at 3:50pm to tell me they would not be delivering my furniture tomorrow, an appointment that was scheduled last week. I have made several arrangements to have this furniture delivered tomorrow, including selling my existing furniture today and arrangements for work. This is very ironic since it seems that part of their mission is Earning Customer Loyalty. Wow, cant be further from the truth! Mr. Snow basically said tough luck, they need to fill their quota with Xerox for the month/quarter. No offer to figure out how to get my furniture here. Terrible customer service!
