I for the 1st time in my life stepped into a gym. I was a guess of my sister. It was so clean you could eat off all the equipment. Staff was so kind. After my 2nd visit, I am now a committed member!

Staff in incredible, especially Bill! Its always clean and organized, and other gym-goers are very respectful with putting equipment back.I have yet to have a workout where I cannot find a specific piece of equipment. This gym has everything you need and some.Pool is currently under construction, but once complete it will be a nice piece of added value.

I love this gym, the staff are wonderful and their are always Personal Trainers around from Nutrition Dynamic willing to offer advice and answer any fitness and nutrition related question. They also have a wonderful selection of healthy snacks and drink. This Snap has definitely won me over.

This has always been my favorite gym downtown. Snap is always clean and well maintained. Very nice equipment. Way better than any other gym in the downtown area! Only a block north of Fountain Square.

Very good equipment. What it lacks are the finishing touches. Water fountain that doesnt dribble water would be a good start.

This has to be the most well equipped snap fitness in the country. I am visiting Cincinnati from columbus and have been blown away by all the range of equipment available at this gym. My home gym is probably a 10th of the size. Thanks for doing what you do and keep it up. Also, nice to see all the Rogue Fitness equipment. 12/10 gym experience.

This location refused to accept my Cigna Active&Fit Direct card even though the Cigna website clearly lists the location. Didnt even offer a guest pass or anything for my troubles. I understand if the website is wrong but the manager was no help, told me to tell Cigna he was going to sue them (????), and slammed the door in my face.

The convenient location of the gym downtown is great for a guy like me who is always on the move. The composition of the gym allows for a more personal workout because there are different areas for designated machines, benches, treadmills, other cardio, etc. There was no pressure, staff members were helpful and informative but didnt make me feel uncomfortable.

This is the most friendly and professional gym I have ever been in. The front desk service is wonderful and always up for a conversation and knows everything about the city.By far the best Snap I have ever been in!

I work downtown and this location is super convenient. Has every machine Ill ever need and it even has a POOL!

One of the best views in the Midwest outside of Chicago - and a really beautiful architectural gem. Just stunning.

Walked all over downtown looking for the facility. First they changed locations and did not update this on all location services. Then, I get to the location of the gym and it is shut down. It is unbelievable that snap fitness would not update their listings and this makes me see them in a new and lazy light. Very dissatisfied with this company.
