Excellent place for all ages to get in a great workout. Group classes are great especially the aqua cycling. No judgement! Everyone is there to make their own goals happen!

Great place friendly guest peaceful atmosphere

I take physical therapy at the Health Plex. I appreciate my therapists Heidi and Scott working with me to gain strength and balance after a broken femur and surgery. I am getting stronger. I feel safe. All the staff go above and beyond to protect as much as humanly possible from the spread of Covid-19.

All kinds of opportunity to work out or rehab from injury or surgery. The warm water pool is great for low impact strengthening and is available without reservations most of the time.

My go to gym everyone there is beyond friendly and helpful

It is my favorite place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The therapy pool and hot tub keeps me moving. Thanks for such a clean and welcoming facility.

People that work there should be able to tell you about getting membership.

If you need therapy for anything its there. They even have warm water therapy which I enjoyed very much. Try going there for your therapy. Mind and soul, physical therapy etc. Try it out.

Good place but their family swim hours are terrible. They need to have daily family swim. It encourages healthy kids.

I like to go here regularly for exercising and getting personalized fitness goals. I was a member of Planet Fitness for years, and albeit its more cost efficient, the number of equipment is very limited and its hard to exercise efficiently when its overly crowded most days. I switched to the Healthplex. I will admit its more costly, but there are a variety of activities you can do here. Two swimming pools, classes, and a spa center. They also provide complimentary towels, hygiene products, and monthly events for people to join. Its never too crowded, and the people are incredibly friendly and helpful. The gym area and pool areas are always kept clean and well maintained. If youre looking for a place to try different things, this is the place to go. I personally think its well worth the cost considering all of the amenities they offer. Great place and Id recommend it to anyone!

We like going here and kids love their swimming lessons.

This gym is not crowded and they have an excellent maintenance staff. In addition there is free daycare included in membership. The pool and cardio classes really round this out to a fantastic gym!

Sister received therapy and they were wonderful.

Staff and members are very friendly and accepting of newcomers. Extremely clean and everyone keeps it that way.

I like the facility however I do have some issues: the locker rooms are carpeted and always wet so therefore, they reak of mold! Yuk. I pay $70 monthly and I have to pay another $20 if I want to bring a guest one time. If I want to learn the machines or get set up on a fitness plan, I have to pay another $150 everytime I meet with a trainer 4x. This has always been free at other gyms where I only paid $30 a month to belong. Seems like a rip off to me. I need someone to set me up on machines every six weeks. Mercy has all the amenities and is very clean. However, it is disappointing some classes they have dropped such as Ballet.
