I love Cincinnati Fit Body Fitness! I have been working out there for about 8 weeks now and have lost almost 2 dress sizes. Im getting stronger and stronger everyday. I am over 50 and really want to be strong and healthy. Trisha and her team are wonderful trainers and make me feel very comfortable. I still have quite a bit of weight to lose but have no doubt I will with their help.

Trisha, Jamie & Maria have given me good, intentionally challenging workouts as well as nutritional nuggets of wisdom for 6 years. I started at age 54 to get in shape to age healthy and strong. 60 now I know I can always count on encouragement, wisdom and get to it work outs. Having somewhere that I can go where the planning is done for me is HUGE. I am not good at self motivation in this area. And, I have made new contacts, friends and more over these years. Priceless is my experience at my work out home.
I was very intimidated about starting this Boot camp and all for no reason. I couldnt have been made to feel more comfortable. The atmosphere is so positive. There is such a variety of people in all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels and everyone encourages each other. Trisha truly cares about the people and about what she does. Its like a big Fitness Family.The variety of workouts and equipment used is absolutely amazing! I have never done the same series of workouts twice so it is hard to get bored which is huge for me especially at 6:00 a.m.! In just a short time I feel more confident and so much stronger.They have a motto at Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp: “We don’t stop when we’re tired; we stop when we’re done.” Thats very empowering.I couldn’t recommend this place more highly and I dont know that I can turn back. Try it and you’ll see, it’s one of the best things you’ll ever do for yourself.
This is a great workout! I love being challenged, and I definitely have been at Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp! Although I consider myself to be in relatively good shape, my muscles have been sore after working out, which tells me that the 45 minutes were well spent! The instructor is very helpful, and is quick to correct my form when I am not doing something correctly. Unfortunately this is not true of all boot camps, as a more expensive boot camp I did recently never corrected my form in the month I was there (and I know I couldnt have been doing everything right!). I like that they also give you a comprehensive nutrition plan, and many helpful suggestions, recognizing that diet is important if you truly want a healthy body.
Dont be fooled by the lack of big expensive equipment when you first walk in. While they do have their place in workouts all you really need is a few dumbbells or kettle bells and your body weight. If you dont believe that spend 5 minutes in one of these classes and you will be sweating!I think my favorite part is the variety of people in the boot camp. All shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels. No judging at all like a bunch of major gyms. As a matter of fact everyone encourages each other. It truly is a great experience.Trisha, Andy, and Jeff do a great job of keeping the exercises varied and the motivation going. Having enthusiastic trainers that have just the right amount of butt kicking are key to help motivate you to wake up for those 6:00 AM classes. If you ever have an issue with an exercise, or with a particular muscle group they are all more than willing to spend a few minutes of one on one time to help get you there.All in all i couldnt be happier with this amazing gym!
I began going to Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp after I had my second child and needed some motivation and push to get back into shape. I have lost over 15 pounds since attending the boot camps, and feel great! Trisha & her staff and fellow boot campers are always motivating and make the workouts fun!! The boot camps really make you push yourself, and are never boring. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a high intensity, fun workout!! Update: Its now a year later from the last time I reviewed and would like to say, I took about six months off and I am regretting it. Its amazing how much better I feel when I get my early 6 AM in!! I recommend to people of all levels of fitness.
5 weeks ago I stumbled upon Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. What a ride, the experience has been so amazing. Fun, challenging, never boring. I really had a great time! I made sure I was there 6 times a week. No matter what I was feeling after work, all I had to do was to get there and you see others coming in and before you know it the great trainers are encouraging you to push harder. They made each workout count. Thank you Trisha, Jamie, Tracy and Drew!
I started coming to Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp in May 2012 & was only planning on doing it for 12 weeks to give me a kick start to getting back in shape. However, once I started going that all changed. The trainers do a phenomenal job of making every workout different and they really care about how you are doing. I had back surgery several years ago & wasnt sure exactly what I would be able to do with my limitations on impact & twisting, but they have helped me to modify exercises so it works out. I have lost 20 pounds so far, but what I am most happy with is being toned & getting in get workouts that make me feel good & give me more energy.
I highly recommend Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp! Trisha is the real deal. She truly cares about the whole health of her customers. If you want a facility to work out in, join a gym. If you want a trained staff to encourage you through every step of physical and nutritional well being, this is your place!
I started going to Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp back in September. I had been looking for a place to workout for about a year. After dealing with medical issues for the year, I was ready to jump back into an exercise routine. I had gained weight, my self esteem was super low, and work stress was tearing me down. I decided to give the Girls Night Out Experience challenge a try. It was the BEST decision! Trisha gave me the tools to help better myself. Its not just an exercise program, it is a life changer. Based on the knowledge Trisha provided, I changed my eating habits to help fuel my body, started my new normal exercise schedule, increased my mood dramatically, and gained major self esteem from other Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp members as well as the trainers! I love going to workout! Trish, Jamie, Drew, and Maria are wonderful! The workouts are never repetitive nor boring. I am always dripping with sweat after a workout, and I feel stronger than ever! But, you have to be ready to push yourself. All of the trainers are there to help, but you better be willing to make the change. Trisha, Jamie, Drew, and Maria are always there every step of the way. All of these factors helped me lose 8% body fat in 6 weeks! After the challenge, I joined Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp because I love everything about it. I was a little intimidated to start boot camp, but in no time at all, I realized I was worried for nothing. Trisha fosters a positive and motivating environment that you can adapt to your own goals and fitness level. I first tried out Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp back in April 2011. I was getting married in September of that year and wanted to tone up a little for my dress. I have a few medical issues and limitations, so I wasnt sure if this was the right thing for me and really had no idea what to expect my first time. But Trisha was super helpful in making the exercises suitable for all fitness levels and I was surprised by how much I actually could do! I was instantly hooked. The exercises were diverse and seemed to target every single muscle in my body. (I was really sore after the first day! ha) But I continued going and was amazed by my results in just 6 short weeks! When I began working out with Trisha, Andy, and Jeff at Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp, I had it set in my mind that I would use their 30 day offer to simply get me kick started and then Id leave and go back to working on my own. 2 months after that trial period I am still there and attending (on average) 5 days per week. The reasons why I continue to align myself with this organization are many but the key reasons are: 1) there is accountability in numbers, 2) the workouts are well thought out, dynamic, and challenging, 3) my peers there are non-judgmental and love to motivate me, 4) the price is right for the amount of access and attention they provide, and 5) the staff is personable, knowledgeable, and anxious to help people meet their goals. I have been working out with Trisha off and on for over 15 years! When she came to me 5 years ago and told me she was going to be opening her own gym with the work outs based on the premise of boot camp, I was super excited! The workouts are always changing, they are always challenging, they are efficient and comprehensive! I am CEO of road construction company, I have a husband, a two year old and a household to keep in order. I know I owe it to myself and those around me to be the best I can be, and Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp helps me stay fit and active. The 45 minute workouts are a perfect way to get in the cardio and weight training I need to do to keep my body strong. Several years ago, while pregnant with my son, I had severe issues with my sciatic nerve, issues that never resolved after my son was born and required, no one, but two major back surgeries in April of 2014 and November of 2014. It is May of 2015 and I am now back to boot camp and I couldnt be happier! I feel normal again for the first time in a long time to be able to go in and workout. Granted, I am moving slow and cant do as much as I once did, but I am taking steps everyday to get back to my optimal fitness level. I really feel like Trisha and her team are sensitive to my needs and help me every step of the way. I am now 10 weeks pregnant with my second child and I am determined to make this pregnancy super fit! I know I am in good hands with Trisha and CFBBC!

I have to be 100% honest at first I never thought I could make it through a session, the word boot camp intimidated me, but after starting the 6 week body transformation I started seeing results and every day is a step closer to my goal. The trainers are very helpful and all the bootcampers are wonderful! What I like most is the variety of workouts!
The folks who run Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp take pride in it and it shows. The instructors know when to give you a pat on the head and when to give you a kick in the pants.Bootcampers are all different ages and different body types, and there is a real sense of camaraderie. And each class has a different routine -- it never gets stale. Fast and furious cardio intervals will be interspersed with strength/core exercises in a group setting where the pace never lets up.But make no mistake. This place WILL push you. I could not make it through the whole workout on my first day, but I came back for more. Its a cathartic experience and you will know what I mean when you join. You WILL lose weight (I’ve lost almost 30 pounds) and you WILL get stronger.We have a motto at Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp: “We don’t stop when we’re tired; we stop when we’re done.” Keep at it. You will see results. It works. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.
I have been going to Fit Body bootcamp for just over 5 months and have lost nearly 40 pounds. I feel great and have a lot more energy. I am over 50 and can do this. You can too!!!
Even after 1 year, the workouts at Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp never get stale. Trish and Jamie do a great job of mixing things up and confusing those muscles, which is what everyone wants! Not only do they always push you to strive for your best at the gym, they help you stay honest about your food and lifestyle choices for a healthier you!
Trisha DeHall is the best! If you are looking for a motivating spot to work out, Fit Body is the place. In the 6 months I have been going, I have never done the same workout twice - they are always challenging, but adaptable to any level of fitness. In a short amount of time, I lowered my bodyfat, lost unwanted pounds and gained muscle.
Without a doubt Trish knows what she is talking about. If you follow her advice and give it your all in the bootcamp sessions, you will lose weight and feel better. The best thing about CFBBC is the motivation and support you receive from Trish (and hell even Jamie too) not only when you are there but all other times as well. Group training with a personal touch!
The boot camp experience has been excellent. I was dragged along by my wife and I didnt have high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. I look forward to getting at 5am now. Who would have thought?

I joined CFBB back in January of 2015 and have since lost 26 pounds with the help of Trisha, Rene and all of the fantastic trainers. The program they run here is INCREDIBLE and you will definitely see results if you do the workouts and change your eating habits. Trisha and Jamie both make the workouts very fun and you will definitely be sweating like crazy only 5 minutes into class. Cincinnati Fit Body Bootcamp has changed my life for the better and although I have a long way to go I feel so much happier about myself. If you want to change your life and see results in your body you should definitely join CFBB!!

I have found my exercise haven. I feel supported, encouraged and Im getting great results. The Fit Body Boot Camp experience is about challenging yourself physically and learning about overall healthy living. As a member you will receive awesome e-books with fat-burning recipes, nutrition coaching, and measured results. They do a full physical analysis with a follow up to show you your progress. Its so much more than just weight-loss. They measure your body fat loss and pounds of muscle gained. The exercises used in the group classes change frequently so that youre never doing the same exercise two days in a row. The variety keeps you from getting bored, keeps your muscles from getting into a pattern, and makes the 45 minute class so by fast. When you show up for a class, all you need to bring with you is will power, they have all the other equipment needed. The camaraderie of the other participants is another great bonus. I cant say enough good things about this place. Ive tried those mega gyms, home workout DVDs, and CrossFit. None of those other options have the accountability or support of CFFBB. The trainers are certified and ensure that you perform all activities safely and to your ability. Ive been at it two months now and Im hooked. Hope to see you there!

Its the only fitness routine I have ever stuck with this long, and I plan to incorporate in my life for, well.. forever! I feel stronger and my confidence in myself has increased because I feel so much better about myself for doing good for my body. I have never done the same series of workouts twice here, and thats another reason why I think CFBBC is so successful, its hard to get bored. The atmosphere is positive and very diverse. Young, old, big, small, in shape and out are all apart of the bootcamp family. I don;t know that I can turn back. I would recommend to ANYONE looking to get in shape, and strong and to better their quality of life.

Just had a baby 6 months ago and with the help of Trisha and her bootcamp I have already lost 15 pounds and back in my favorite clothes. I cant wait to go to her bootcamp sessions she keeps me motivated and focused on my goals.

But more than that I feel great! I am a woman in my 50’s with grandkids, and I had trouble doing daily routines with them (picking them up, putting them into car seats, etc…). I first met Trisha about a year ago through colon Hydrotherapy. I had been to SO many doctors with stomach issues. I thought i would give this a try and see what happens.Let me tell you... Trisha saved me... She was honest and truthful and caring and told me it was all in what i was eating. It was all in my diet.She was RIGHT!!!!We started talking about working out and how that would benifit me and keep the digestive system moving.So.... I joined the Bootcamp and am currently doing the Transformation Challenge.I am starting my 3rd week. WOW!!! I am feeling better & i now have more energy than ever before. I have 3 more weeks of the challenge. BUT I am not going to stop there. I want to keep going...I have never met a woman with so many talents. She is Powerful!!!!Trisha and her team are very freindly to each and every person who comes into the gym.They help you and guide you on your form and make sure you are not lifting too much weight for each person.I always look forward to each workout. I never know what the team will have planned for us because each workout is always different.
