The resources here are unlike any other in Cincinnati. Real Human Performance is truly unique in their multi-dimensional approach to self-improvement. I have benefitted greatly by being a client here! Great energy and supportive, thoughtful environment.
IF you really want to avoid getting creaky - this is the place. I am so much stronger (at 56) than I was when I started here two years ago. Chris, Jenn and the rest of the staff are experts in their areas and will not only work on what you think you need, but what they think you need to do to be functionally fit, all over. Strength, flexibility, nutrition, mindfulness, cardio without being overwhelmingly complicated. You can get as much or as little attention as you need here. The classes are never too big for you to get attention (usually 4-6 or less!) in the mornings, the kettle bells, bands, and ropes are plentiful.

RHP is amazing to get in shape and have custom workouts. They accommodate for limitations and physical restrictions!! I love RHP!!
The dedication and knowledge of the staff at RHP is amazing. They are cutting edge on the research, without being gimmicky or having the sense of fad workouts.Whether just starting out exercising, or a high level athlete, they will find what works best for you. I cant recommend them enough!
The REAL F.I.T. class is a challenging and constantly evolving combination of strength, conditioning, and mobility work. I am stronger, leaner, and more flexible since joining a few months ago. The instructors at RHP also pay very close attention to your form and movements on every activity, making adjustments as needed, which really sets them apart from your run-of-the-mill operation.
Working out at Real Human Performance is fun, safe and effective. The trainers are extremely knowledgable, and their passion for what they do is evident. Each workout is constructed in a thoughtful, intelligent manner. It really is SMART training! Highly recommend.
The team at RHP is awesome. Great positive energy and motivational attitude, excellent knowledge, and a different whole body workout every day. Ive done a lot of firmness programs over the years but never felt the improvement as quickly as I have with this team. Great facility and a highlight of my day.

I started classes at RHP about two months ago. Although I was athletic as a teenager I had never been to a fitness class. I was also nervous about issues Id had with a rotated pelvis, sciatica, and back pain. Im a musician and would often be prepared to spend a day on the couch in pain after lifting heavy gear. Things have changed significantly since starting the classes and Im noticing a difference in many of the physical aspects of my life. We are always encouraged to challenge ourselves and Ive never seen anyone put down or discouraged from playing it safe. The classes are well balanced and the programing rotates intensity in different areas. Chris Wissman leads most of my classes and his knowledge is very comprehensive. Im having tons of fun and feel better than I have in a long time!

What makes RHP different is their passion for what they do. It’s not just another gym with personal trainers or boot camps. Every workout is part of a bigger plan, and every workout is tailored to the client’s needs—be it their goals or their physical limitations. I started with the team at RHP having had 2 knee surgeries and a back injury that flared up every time I tried to do anything besides cardio. That was 2 years ago, and I’m stronger and fitter than ever. I’m so thankful for the team at RHP and recommend them to anyone!
