Enjoyed my membership here. Love my trainer, Lisa & the Dance Fit class the most. Also enjoy the yoga a lot. Machines & track & pool is great. Management takes care of any & all issues immediately- with billing or membership.Only wish- that there were more evening classes for working people who can’t come to the day time classes!!

This gym has all the amenities you could ask for: basketball courts, a swimming pool, machines, weights, and more. The gym has a lively environment with events always going on. On top of that, its fairly clean and modern looking. Sometimes there are machines that could use a little maintenance, and theres not a huge choice of certain implements. Other than this, its a great place to work out at.

I have been working out at Beechmont Racquet and Fitness on and off since my twenties. I have left multiple times for the newest gyms only to return because of their extensive weight equipment and range of dumbbells, size, space, and just overall quality that is unparalleled. I also travel quite extensively and have never found another gym in all of my travels that compares to what they have to offer. I have always found this place to be open to all shapes, sizes, and experience which I love. You can be comfortable in your skin no matter where you are at in your exercise journey!

Some of the staff really need to be trained in customer Service, and some of the clients are mean. Definitely not a place that motivates you to go and work out, plus the daycare is barely open so what is the point of paying for daycare if they dont have flexibility, but the girls in the daycare are great for the little hours they work.

As a long time member of BRC, I appreciated the club’s reaction to ensure members feel safe returning after the shutdown earlier this year. It’s a gym for everyone and the staff is very friendly. I encourage non members to schedule a tour!

Great place for tennis, weights or general exercise. Great place for hydrotherapy. BFC is a good place to stay healthy and boost your immune system while making friends. Its the best fitness centre in eastern Cincinnati.

Clean, plenty of room to workout!

During these difficult times, this club has bent over backwards to provide the best service and facilities possible. Even though handcuffed in some manner by board of health regulations, they have done an excellent job of opening, serving, and making this a clean, fun, safe place to work out and meet friends.

Ive been a member here over a year now and find the pricing affordable and the maintenance crew is always ahead of the game. The facilities are always clean and has never been overcrowdedI would highly recommend scheduling a free tour with Elijah. He will take the time to address each and every concern you may have before starting your membership.Dont forget to ask about lockers, towels, and concessions. Apparel is also available.

As someone who visited this place in high school quite often, I have to say, they have managed to keep the brand, and offer so much more. My 76 yo mother now attends workout classes to keep her mobility...good stuff, priced affordably!

Really good gym, not a fan of all the changes due to corona virus but not not they can do about that. I wish they would at least leave the benches in the locker room

My family and I love this place. Spacious gym, with equipment for everyone and every style. They have begun renovations and are updating several things. We absolutely love the daycare option and those who run it.For everyone complaining about the cancellation/billing - you sign a contract when you first join, for one year. After that, it is a month to month basis. In your contract, it states you must give a 30 day notice. If YOU signed the contract, which you did to join originally, then any surprise billing is your fault for not reading what youve signed and thus agreed to abide.Weve been members for 3 years and havent had a price increase for membership, and weve not had issue bringing in a friend for a class or training. Never once suffered any terrible customer service. With all the great reviews, Im getting that it was something you did that created the reception youve been subjected to.

Great place to workout. Lots of cardio equipment and weights to choose from. Also 5 racquetball courts and tennis as well. I would rate it a 5 but the tennis is extra.

They have almost everything for working out and fitness indoors. Actually I would not know what is missing. Prices seem correct for the services that are available. At the busiest of times they still seem to have plenty of room for one more person. Tennis and Racquet Ball courts are normally available with scheduled times for events.

This place is awesome! It has just about anything you can thing of including a smoothy Bar. Went on a tour with Elijah and he was awesome and very passionate about the club! The facility is very large and can accommodate any type of workout you are looking for!

Ive never had a gym membership before, so this is my first experience. Elijah took time to show me how to adjust the exercise equipment and encourages me to maintain my health. The staff is friendly and caring, and very knowledgeable. It is members only so it feels nice to connect to those in my neighborhood.

If you are concerned about the spread of COVID-19 this is not the gym for you. Ill give credit to the equipment cleaning system. However, surfaces are not a major spreader. Almost no one wears masks, including the owner and staff, even while not exercising. No one distances or respects personal space. About half of the members are in their 60s, 70s and 80s. The concern for these at risk members is non existant among other members and some of the staff.Unfortunately, it is the gyms responsibility to enforce safety rules and it is not happening beyond a few posted signs which are ignored.

Overpriced planet fitness with a cloudy pool and tennis court that’s never open. If you love getting locked into a contract, being lied to by employees and a very busy traffic filled location I highly recommend !

I have been a member of this place more than once over the years... It has gotten progressively worse year after year in my opinion. They require you to sign up for a year from the start just to join... then while you are locked into that contract they raise the rates and of course you dont notice it until your year is up and you start getting charged more... then when you quit because this place IS NOT WORTH IT, then they hit you with you have to inform us 3 weeks before you quit so you have to pay another month at the raised rates or they will send that to a collection agency....TL;DR The bottom line is that this is a dying gym locked into one area only and filled with old people... The old people complain about the young people and what the gym tries to do to accommodate the young people... And the young people complain because this place is like a box of old people trying to lock you into a Time Warner Cable contract... take my advice if you see this... STAY AWAY.

The staff is always very friendly here and I feel like the equipment is clean. In addition to your normal weights and equipment, there is a movie room, a daycare, a lap pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, free classes, and even a masseuse. On top of that, they even keep a few beers on tap! The price tag is a little heftier than you see at chain fitness centers, but its worth the extra money. (Roughly $40 a month.)No matter what your workout style is, Im sure theyve got something for you.

Great facility at reasonable rates. We love the daycare option, it gives us flexibility to take the kids when we work out. They have a great time as well. There are an abundance of free classes to choose from.

The most unique and awesome gym around. Have any and everything you would ever need. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Plus having beer on tap is very nice!

Ownership sucks as well as their attitude towards their paying customers. I would love to buy them a gift card to Chick Fil A so they can learn how to treat people by watching 16 year olds who have only been in the work force for a couple months.

Dont be fooled by the monthly price, once you you cancel they will charge your card 3 more times. Also led by Lance the staff is extremely rude. I brought friends to play tennis once a week every week and they were consistently mistreated by Lance and staff. There are better options in the area that run a clean business,

Seems over the years Ive belonged to every gym past and present, my experience here has been the best. If you like diversity, in exercise, in people etc . It really is hard to beat.

I don’t understand why it’s 4x the cost of the surrounding gyms but the equipment is horribly dated. Did a renovation and have a great training room and a wide open wood floor room with mirrors but neither are accessible to gym goers unless you pay for personal training. Place is in trouble if an LA Fitness or anything other than crunch or planet comes in.

Best gym in the area (and weve tried pretty much all of them). The amount and variety of equipment available, combined with the price for a family plan (less than what the Healthplex down the street charges for a single plan) with included daycare that my daughters love to go to and play while we work out, easy choice for us.

Place is great, except for the pool.area. pool needs vacuuming, and walkways and pool edges need scrubbing.

The staff is friendly and the center is well maintained. The recent renovation was a nice facelift for the reception area.

This gym is wonderful and the classes are excellent. If you are serious about what a gym has to offer -you will be hard-pressed to find one comparable on the east-side.

Began working out here after moving to the SE side of town. More expensive than the $10 chain gyms, but for good reason: two floors of quality maintained equipment, indoor track, lap pool, locker rooms w/showers, many classes included, weights, machines, cardio, sauna, the list goes on...

Overall the best value in town for keeping fit.

I have always had a great experience here. From the staff that you meet at the front desk to the people that you workout along side of. And the child care is a huge plus for me and my family!!

Hungry for money club. Im filing a a claim against them for charging me and sending my account to collections even though there is no contract between me and this rude, no customer service, out dated, old equipment, over rated and snotty owners. Everyone beware before you give them your credit card to keep on file. They will take you on a intro worthless tour and then you are trapped with this filthy smelly club. I wouldnt even call it a club. It should be called racket dump

Greatest gym ever

A great gym overall, but I was unaware of the extra month I would be billed because I did not give a 30 day notice. Im upset about this because when I called about the cancellation process this was never mentioned.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. They took money out of my account with out my knowledge. There mangers are rude. When I was told they send it out in the mail and I informed them I never got a piece of mail from them they told me I lie. Had a mother in tears in front of her children and could care less. Worst costermer service ever.

The gym itself is great, big, basketball court, pool and a lot of equipment but its ran terribly, very dirty and needs updated. A lot of things needed to make it a more enjoyable place to workout.

Friendly and a great gym

Busy facility. Believe there was a tournament, but the place was packed for the entire time I was there, starting with parking, seats in the small cafe, and hallways. The only downside on the tennis courts is the low light. I see that more and more with the halogen lease agreements the clubs enter in, but this place takes it a standard deviation further.
