They operated transactions over the phone. They required use of a card, no cash. Though pricey, the equipment functioned very well.

Weve been renting from this location over the past year while our brand new climate controlled self-storage facility, Cincinnati Mini-Storage, is under construction. The employees weve worked with have all been friendly and helpful! The couple times Ive had questions about billing, my calls were returned promptly as promised. The customer service from the manager, Shannon, has been exceptional! We would definitely recommend this location for all your equipment rental needs!

Planning for a wedding. My fiance called several times to try and get an estimate for some AC units. Wouldnt return voicemails or follow back up when they said they would. Very, very poor customer service. Will not recommend to anyone. Very disappointing. Going with a different company.
