Right from the start--with just a phone call--you could tell this company did not care about securing my business with them. How and why people like this are allowed to answer the phone or represent their place of employment is beyond me.I called to ask about renting a flat-bed truck with Home Depot at 3400 Highland Avenue, and just as I had finished saying avenue, the RUDE, unintelligible representative said, First come first served. I followed with--would it be okay to make...then I was cut-off with, Its first come first served...twenty dollars an hour, and then something else that wasnt discernible. Unbelievable! I didnt stay on the line after that, because no one deserves my time with that kind of approach or attitude. Good luck.

Great with returns and very convenient. Has just about everything you need for modern home improvement needs.Tool rentals can be a headache. They do offer this service, but it is very poorly managed. Ive had some problems with their tools, using and renting, and there is not a good system in place to accommodate common problems.They are always short staffed. Very hard to get help in a timely manner to find things. I suggest using the app!
