My wife and I are new customers calling from out of state for a Cincinnati area rental late on a weekday afternoon. In 15 minutes time via email and text we had an account opened and a commitment for a piece of equipment to be delivered Saturday morning. As luck would have it the day was a rain out, and Arts worked with us for a new rate to keep the machine for the week. Tremendous service. Thank you to E.J., Gary, and our delivery driver.

Very disappointed in the way they maintain their equipment. rented a tracked bobcat. got it stuck on an almost flat grade. the tracks were so worn out. but somehow the service manager says there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it. but will be nice and take the bucket rental off your bill.

Driving down Hwy 32 this morning and one of Art’s drivers tried to run me off the road. The driver then tailgated me for several miles up 275. This driver could have killed me or someone else with his driving. Art’s stated that they would reprimand the driver. That is not good enough! He needs to be fired immediately. Please do not use Art’s!!

I utilize Arts on a regular basis. As a business I need equipment that is dependable and durable. They have a large variety of items to fit your needs, from hand tools up to big excavators. Their equipment works and if it does have an issue they always make it right. I dont need to own equipment that I dont use enough to pay for itself so I rent as needed. Arts is always there to help. I needed a lift and they had what I needed and delivered it. If you are not sure what you need, have measurements, requirements, etc so they can help you get what will get the job done right.

Spoke with a representative today. He was very rude and not helpful. Spoke to me like I was child (Im a licensed civil engineer). Provided no suggestions for solutions. CJ or TJ sounded very disinterested in speaking with a potential client.
