I filled out the contact form on the site, exactly as instructed to do, and immediately received a reply from Mike, who I assume is the owner, answering none of my questions and telling me to visit that same web page. I told him I wasnt interested in doing business since he didnt think it was worth his time to answer my questions. His response was to tell me hes sorry Im having a bad day, and (and this is a direct quote) Im actually the best of the whole miserable lot. I told him straight away, I would not be doing business with him, but he replied twice, presumably just to belittle me. I asked him directly not to e-mail me again, and he ignored that and e-mailed again to get the last word. Completely unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, and even accusatory. Seemed to be angry at me for wasting his time for simply requesting information. Im so glad I found all this out before signing anything. Seems like a nightmare waiting to happen. Steer clear.
