I showed up and I saw a tattoo parlor. I didnt see Blue Chip Electronics. Cant really give a good review if the place either isnt there anymore, or the map is wrong. Problem I had was fixed through other means, so no big deal.

Dont, just dont! They had my TV for literally 4 months and never called me. I called them every 2 weeks and they always said theyd call back but never did. I feel bad for the former owner who handed down the business to his son, because the company is now a complete joke. DO NOT GO THERE, but if you do because you dont have others options...DO NOT GO THERE! I finally got my TV back a few weeks ago and it still doesnt work! I paid, but Im not even going to bother dealing with these people again.

The person who answers the phone is the rudest person ever. I took a new/one month old Pioneer receiver there to have a simple firmware upgrade done. I called a week later to get an ETA and never got a clear answer. 3 months later after calling every week, I finally got my unit back, The tech even had the gall to say It was a 5 minute job. Weve been busy.. Ill drive to Columbus or Canada for that matter before I let these people work on anything of mine. To top it off, my brand new unit came back wreaking of cigarette smoke after sitting in their shop for 3 months waiting for someone to install a software update.

Horrible! Frigidaire should drop these fools from their factory authorized service providers. We had a gas leak coming from the oven area. The technician from Consumer Appliances said the gas pressure was too high, and I should call Duke Energy. Duke Energy checked the pressure; it was fine. He also found the leak, from the broiler in the oven. This was in SEPTEMBER! its coming up on two months and we still have not had the range repaired. Excuses, missing paperwork, mis-communications...this company is terrible. If you need factory authorized service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND CONSUMER APPLIANCES, formerly known as BLUE CHIP ELECTRONICS 4389 Mount Carmel Tobasco Rd.

This place is a joke! I cant help but to laugh at how completely unprofessional and incompetent they are. I would pay my 3 year old nephew to fix an appliance before I would ever think about giving them the time of day again. If business continues as usual, they wont last much longer.

I sent a Pioneer Receiver in for warranty repair December 5, 2015. . The factory warranty ran out December 11, 2015. I called Blue Chip a week later to see if they received the receiver and the lady said I did not send a receipt with it . I told her I taped it to the box with my phone number. She found the receipt and said we were all good and they would call back in a couple of weeks. I called them January 19, 2016 and the lady said she had no phone number to call me back. I said ok, whatever. Is my stereo fixed?. She said Pioneer would not honor the warranty because Goodios was not an authorized vendor and if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay $40.00 to have it looked at. And Ill have to pay to have it shipped back to me regardless. I bought the Receiver off Amazon. Goodios was the vendor. So, I have no receiver at all now and they will probably repair it and sell it.It all sounds very fishy to me.

Little to pricey for what they did

Came to my house 4 weeks ago to repair a Sharps convection microwave - installer took it back to the shop to order/install a new coil. Ive called this company daily and unable to get anyone to pick up the phone. Finally, a woman answered; she stated they lost their Sharps service contract and would return my appliance Wed May 25, 2016 0- they didnt. The next day they stopped answering their phones (yet updated their message to say theyre doing a 2-day inventory) -- This shop is located at 4389 Mt Carmel Tobasco Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45244.. If youre the owner, this is to alert you that I will purchase a new convection/microwave - and take legal action to recover the unnecessary expense.
