The owner is very knowledgeable and very professional. Turned my laptop in and it was ready the very next day. Running better than it was straight of the box. Would recommend this shop to everyone.

I was dead in the water, I had a complete Hard drive failure and I lost over 10 years of business files. After taking my problem to a local expert who is a professor @ the local university w/no luck (after nearly two weeks), I called Mike. My son had dropped his laptop that he needs for his virtual learning and the screen stopped working. I called ASUS, microcenter, and several other companies and got astronomically high prices as well as 4-6 weeks repair time minimum from all. We stumbled across Carr Computers on Google and called to get an idea of timing and price. We were walked through, over the phone, what could possibly be wrong with my sons laptop and the repair process before we even brought the computer in. We were given about a weeks time frame and A MUCH lower cost than everyone else when we dropped the computer off. I got a text yesterday saying the computer was ready, two days after I dropped the laptop off and almost a full week early. The owner was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very quick and helpful. I will never go anywhere else if I have computer problems in the future.
