I busted my phone screen at work Saturday and emailed the shop for a quote. The following Monday I came in, handed over my phone, and purchased a screen protector. One hour later I came back and my phone had a new screen and the screen protector was installed perfectly. Very satisfied with my experience and would definitely come back to the store for any future tech repair needs. Thank you!
My phone screen went completely black after accidentally dropping and shattering it last week. Verizon recommended I go here to get it fixed. Minus the 4 day wait (due to FedEx taking so long to deliver the needed part) they did a great job! It did cost me $219 for screen replacement, but my phone looks brand new again!
Had brought a few phones up to be repaired. My last visit was a mess but they made up for there mistake big time! Really appreciate the service and honesty!
CPR got my phone working quickly. CPR didnt charge me anything!! Also gave me lots of valuable information. Thank you CPR!!!
Reasonably priced and it took less than half an hour to get it fixed.
I needed a price to replace my charging port on my V50. All I needed was a quick written estimate for my insurance company. They wanted to charge me $25 for the paperwork
My boyfriend broke the screen on his phone. We took the phone here. It was done quickly and we paid $150.
Good service at a good price.
I brought in my laptop to be fixed (I was sent here through Amazons/ Assurants extended warranty). The wrong part was initially ordered. I had to pick up the computer, bring it back again once the correct part arrived, and then pick it up another day (4 long trips total). I suppose this can happen, though it might be because this is a cell repair store with less expertise with laptops. I cant be sure.My main problem is that, during a pandemic, the store policy did not require employees or customers to wear masks or distance (the 3rd time I was there, there was a 5 person limit on the number of people in the store, so why was there no mask / distancing policy?!). The only employee I ever saw (maybe the branch manager?) never wore a mask, and stood very close to the other customers and myself. Please put a mask policy in place. You dont know the health background of your customers, and you are potentially putting them at higher risk. This is not a matter of politics. Its a matter of decency and respect for your customers.
He did a great job, Im a return customer,, :-)
Your technician is very cute !!
Unable to get anyone to answer the phone.
CPR fixed my son’s iPhone 6 by installing a new battery. This was after we had gone to the Apple store who said it was not the battery (phone was not holding a charge). They claimed it was an OS issue that could be fixed but would be cheaper to get a newer phone....to the tune of almost $300. CPR installed a battery for about $50 and the phone is working just fine.
Highly recommend this company for cell phone issues & repairs. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and reasonable costs! Thanks again for your help guys!
If you read nothing else from my review below, read this: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!I brought my laptop in for a repair of one of the hinges that was broken- it was not allowing my laptop to flip around into tablet mode. It was under a warranty with Assurant and they told me I had to bring my laptop here rather than mail it in to the warranty company. Anyway, after a long wait for overseas parts, they repaired the hinge. The computer came back with a dent in one hinge like they crimped it to keep it together! I was fine with a cosmetic issue as long as it functioned and it did for a little bit. A little over a month after that repair, I opened my laptop and two metal pieces popped out and the screen came apart (see pictures)! I called them and they told me to bring it in. The gentleman at the counter was asking if I dropped it at all even though there are no indications of any drops or scratches on my laptop (the entire construction of this thing aside from the screen is metal so you would know if there was a drop as the metal would scratch).Anyway, he basically told me because it has been longer than 30 days since the repair, they cant do anything except charge me to replace the entire screen! I looked up how to replace the hinges on my laptop... you have to take the entire bottom off of the computer AND pop the back part of the screen off, so yes it is CPR Beechmonts fault my laptop screen is coming apart! He did make sure to mention the warranty company still hasnt paid him yet so Im sure that may have motivated him in his decision to not do anything too but thats just awful customer service. You break it, you fix it! I have not had an issue in the 3 years Ive had this laptop until I brought it to this AWFUL place!
Joe was exceptional in diagnosing what I needed. He gave me some great advise. Saved my pictures, which I thought were lost forever. Generally speaking this is a CPR I would recommend to everyone, and the pricing was very fair! It was wonderful to have someone answer questions with obvious knowledge!
I went here to get my screen fix on my phone I came back four hours later and Joe the owner broke my phone even more and I couldnt make calls or text. This store is a joke and they have no clue what they are doing .the cops got called to.
The service was excellent and quick. I had my iPhone repaired twice in the last couple of months. Water damage one time and broken glass the second time. Each time it was repaired back to original condition.CPR saved me a lot of money by not having to buy a new phone twice. :)
Stay away took iPhone 8 to get a new screen came back and the back was cracked on the phone and he denied he did it. Place is terrible.
They were to repair my screen and did not remove the old screen correctly and ruined the board. Then had the nerve to say it was a apple flaw and that they could fix it for around another 150 or so.
Came in for a diagnosis. Took about 3 minutes. Ordered the part, which only took a few days to get. Then it only took 90 minutes to complete the task. Simple process and price was WAY cheaper than T-Mobile. Highly recommend going here first.
Very poor business. My wife took her phone to this place to get fixed. She had brought her other phone with her to fix screen the screen in case the other phone could not be fixed. This business took it upon themselves to go ahead and fix the second one as well before we got an answer on the first phone. Now we are being forced to pay for both. Very poor business. I would not recommend to anyone. Sad to see businesses trying to take advantage during the worst times right now.
This place is awesome and not bad at pricing either. My daughter tore her charger port out of her computer and they replaced it within a few days and it was cheaper then Dell warranty. I would send anyone there.
Hassle free and flawless replacement of hard drive on Mac Notebook
I’m extremely impressed by the professionalism of the staff and their knowledge. They replaced my iPhone battery in a timely manner and it was so very inexpensive which really impressed me. I would give them a thousand stars if I could.
I had a 911 urgent repair needed before a trip to Europe where I knew Id want to take a lot of pictures; and my phone had a cracked camera lens. Id already ordered the glass, which was good cause they didnt have it in stock (I have a very old phone, Note 5). They said no problem, would use the part & have it ready in 1 hour! Great work, fast, & I was on a plane a few hours later & took many, many great pictures in Europe. Also, very reasonable ($35 if I remember correctly).
Did a good job repairing my Switch but took way longer than quoted
I cannot stop raving about CPR and the guys who run this store. My dad gave me a busted but newer iPhone and told me if I could get it to work, it was mine. Apple said the repair would be $300, would take 3 weeks and no guarantees. The guys at CPR fixed it for $60, in one hour, and looked at me like I was crazy when I couldn’t believe they had actually fixed it so quickly and efficiently. ‘Um of course we did?’ Now I have a beautiful new phone that works perfectly. And they were so kind and friendly the entire time. What an amazing experience.I cannot thank these guys enough or rave about their service. Before you go spend a fortune somewhere else, talk to these guys first! They’re awesome
Fixed my wifes phone quickly and less than a competitor. The gentleman was extremely courteous. Thanks.
Quick and efficient diagnosis of my aging Galaxy 3 which refused to charge. Although I opted to upgrade to the latest Galaxy, personnel at CPR were able to retrieve and save photos. Verizon could not. I would have lost many had it not been for these guys. Kudos.
Purchased an otter box case and screen protector for my husband’s new iPhone XR. Friendly service. They let me come back so they could install the screen protector on the phone (since I didn’t have it with me).
Great service. I have had multiple devices fixed here. On one repair there was a slight issue but the team at CPR fixed it for me and I am very happy. You can trust they stand by their work. Highly recommend.
Great price and excellent service. I couldnt be more happy. The guy who helped was awesome.
My iPod screen was smashed and they were able to fix, no problem!😊
Very pleased with my results. Joe & Connor/Conner were very helpful, friendly, and timely with all aspects of the repair and after service care/support. I will be returning very soon with an additional phone that needs repair, as they did a wonderful job and provided great service!
I think your services are great the glass screen on my makes it really smooth and protective at the same time and easy to wipeOff if it gets dirty the best thing is that if it cracks you can easily replace it form 10-15 dollars depending on which crash protection you get I love your services thank you for helping me out
After mistakenly getting my new SIM card stuck in the slot without the SIM card holder I thought I was a goner. It was in there really tight and could not be removed. The friendly CPR team fixed it that day for a reasonable fee and saved both the phone and me. Great work CPR! I would recommend them to anyone... even my Mom.
Put a new battery in my phone. It was inexpensive and he had it done quick. Feels like a new phone.
Very helpful and friendly. Did what they promised with no surprises...
Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Fixed my PS4 quickly and it works like new now! the repair only took two days and was shockingly price efficient! highly recommend for any type of console repair!
The service was excellent. I wanted to keep my Samsung 5 but the charging port wore out. They got it fixed in 2 hours for 99.00!
My son demolished his screen... we had no appointment, I walked right in and was waited on by Mike. He was super friendly and called me in less than an hour saying he was finished replacing the screen on my sons phone. I highly recommend !
They dont carry a variety of screen protectors in store even though they are a warranty center for invisible shield. They had to custom cut a screen protector for my phone a and kept telling me my case was getting in the way, but I know if I had the actual product then it wouldnt be an issue because I had it before. The gentleman working the desk was rude and acted like I was stupid. Do not recommend.
My daughter is hard on her phone. After 2 insurance claims at $150 a pop, I decided to look into repairing her cracked screen the 3rd time around. CPR had just opened on Beechmont and I decided to give them a try. While the cost of the repair has about equal to the insurance deductible, the repair makes more sense. They were ab;e to repair my daughters phone in a couple hours. If you need a cracked screen replaced, CPR does a good job in just a couple hours Knowing my kid, Ill be back at CPR soon.
Very clear explanation of the process and likelihood of fixing my phone. Great customer service! And they were able to repair the phone completely.
Repaired my daughters iPhone 5s (this was 6 to 8 months ago @ least) and they had her phone fixed quickly - ½ of the quoted time. They did forget to put 2 screws back into the phone & the screen broke within 2 days.I didnt think to keep the receipt so I didnt think theyd help me (without any proof that we had previously gotten a repair, how long ago, etc), I only had my word that what I said I was true.Called and spoke with another associate than the one I had gotten the repair from - he said, No problem. Come in whenever you can and well fix it.They keep their customers sales receipt in copy for 90 days or something like that. Phew! Helped me a lot! Finally, we bought & had a screen protector applied when we got the first repair; they replaced screen protector with the new screen - we didnt even have to ask! No charge. Best Customer Service
I attempted a DIY screen repair and did more damage than good. They were able to fix my mistakes and replace my iPhone screen and home button in no time. They even used the parts I had already purchased online and only charged me for labor. My phone looks and works great so far! Reasonably priced as well.
Had an issue with my earphone, couldnt hear anything, they cleaned it out in a matter of minutes, very reasonable charge. Great service, thought I was going to buy a new phone, they saved the day!
My son had his phone fixed here and the service was excellent
Experienced, professional staff with excellent communication skills. They kept me updated on the status of my repair and cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend and use again! Thanks!
These guys can fix anything. Even if you think your phone is trashed let them take a look at it. It’ll be worth it. I backed over my iPhone 8 Plus and they brought it back to life. Going back there today to get a new battery for my wife’s iPhone 6.
Great staff, amazing experience. Fixed my cracked screen in about 20 min. I would give 100 stars if I could!!
Great service. Fixed my daughters phone w/in 1.5 hours. Phone is working like new!!
For the service I needed, they were quick, efficient and nice! Highly recommend.
I was very, very happy with the quality of service here. I would definitely recommend.
When I took my Samsung S5 to CPR Cell phone service I was told me the graphics chip is going out causing my screen to shut off & offered me a rebuilt phone for $179.00. I bought it & had trouble activating it. Then after cleaning and clearing all the apps I fixed my old phone so I went back to CPR to return the phone I just bought, but since 7 days had already passed no return no refund. I was told they would try to sell my phone for $50 less than I just paid but, that is highly unlikely because I was then informed a brand new S5 is only $100 thats when I realized I truly have been taken advantage of, was misinformed or lied to about the condition of my old phone and then then sold an overpriced rebuilt phone that I really didnt need and now have no use for. This caused me financial difficulties since it was right before Christmas. I trusted CPR, and have no way to recover over $200 I lost in this bad deal. I hope this helps other people make good purchasing decisions.
I had trouble with the micro USB Jack on my Droid Turbo 2. They replaced it quickly, with an upfront and honest warning that they have been having difficulty with the turbo charging working after it was replaced. After getting the phone back, the phone was having a lot of problems charging. Not just turbo charging. I took it back to them and the took put the piece they had put in, and replaced it with one from a different supplier.Honest, and determined to get it right. I can dig that in a big way. I know I will be back for further service in the future.
Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Prices are extremely reasonable.
I decided to try out Cell Phone Repair, as I had recently cracked my screen and noticed the store every time I drove down Beechmont. I actually emailed them for an estimate before going in, and they replied very promptly to each email. When it came to my actual repair, the price was fair, and it was the quickest phone repair I have ever experienced. I would recommend them.
My Samsung S6 fell off a shelf into the toilet bowl. After drying it it still would work. A week later I dropped it of and they fixed it for a reasonable fee of less than 60.00. Well worth it. ... And if they hadnt fixed it I still wouldnt have been upset at the cost, they were upfront about no guarantee that they could fix it. Of course Im thrilled that they fixed it. :)
Great experience. Glass replaced on first gen iPad Pro at the price quoted.
My daughter broke her iPhone screen - we walked in without an appointment and you were able to fix it immediately. Thanks for the fast service. The repair has worked perfectly!
They have a great atmosphere within the building, The usual price is around $100 to get your phone fixed!!
Great, fast service. My old phones as good as new for a very reasonable price. Thanks CPR!
My Iphones battery was completely depleted. Had never heard of CPR before. Dropped phone off at 1030 and they had it back to me in 2 hours. Great, fast, courteous service...will be back again...THANK YOU
Very fast ...very fair...did exactly what they promised...I am hooked
The guy at the front that helped me both times was very nice and informative. Great customer service and a fast repair.
Excellent efficient short lead time reasonable cost company. WOuld def recommend!
Great service, got my laptop fixed in under an hour at a great price.
Great food and great service with a smile.
Reasonably priced repair of a Samsung Note 3. Quick turn around time.Highly recommend
Professional, fast, skillful, reasonably priced. Will be our go-to place for any cellphone issues.
Easy and quick repair. I walked in an hour before close, and they were able to replace my iPhone 6 screen that night. This was back in December. Was not my first LCD replacement. Recently I have taught myself how to replace the screen on my own. To my dismay, I found out that they had not replaced one of the screws that binds the phone body to the screen. This may seem like a small error, but I believe it contributed to the need for another repair, because the body of my phone warped after being dropped recently (with an otterbox case on, I should mention). The screen did NOT crack--the LCD/digitizer disconnected due to the fall. Now, there is a small crack between the body and screen, on the exact side where the screw was missing.
It was great working with cell phone repair! Quick and easy.
Done in a reasonable time at a fair price. I have had a laptop and three phones fixed.
Replaced the glass on my IPad. Very happy with the work. Would highly recommend
Quoted me $429 to repair a cracked screen on a Samsung Note 8. Thats more than what Samsung charges ($260 from the official Samsung repair), and more than half the price of buying the phone brand new!Oh, and they dont keep the parts in stock to do same-day repair.
Friendly and good service 👌
It was the only place I could find that could fix my Playstation 4 without having to ship it. The man up front was very nice and made quick work of the repair.
While the employee that helped me at CPR was very nice and timely with my screen repair, the screen now glitches often and it has since cracked again because the glass that they use is very poor quality. I do not recommend CPR for repairing cracked screens.
Took my ipad in to get the screen fixed. Cheapest price i could find and pretty quick turn around.
Fast, friendly service
Called ahead and they fixed my phone the moment I got there. Went and filled up at Speedway came back and phone was ready. Thanks
They did a great job on both phones. I couldnt ask for better customer service and replacement of glass on both phones.
Fast, efficient and reasonably priced.
They were very friendly and upfront with cost, labor, time, etc.
Prompt service and well explained.
Had a great experience.
Fast, friendly, and professional service 5-stars!!!
They were able to fix the problem I was having with my phone and they also help me with other simple tasks that older people like me have trouble with would recommend them anytime anywhere
Great service, fast and well done
Awesome job! Thanks for taking care of it so quickly!
Nice Customer service
I took my phone here told the guy my charger port was broken, loose, and wouldnt charge so whats he do puts a charger code on it says its works fine and when he pulled it out broke th charger piece out. Then told me there wasnt anything he could do I could buy a wireless charger. Never again!
Fixed with no issues in the time promised.
Honest quote, quick repair
Called about repair, and gentleman was so rude on phone i decided not to even take product in for estimate or opportunity to fix it ...
Professional service
