I had a great experience there with Ryan, or R B on his name tag when I made a appointment to get my cracked screen fixed. He was able to find out there were also problems with my blue tooth and WiFi from the drop my phone had. I had noticed these issues as well but was using data primarily at the time. Ryan was able to help me replace my iPhone 12 with a new one as well as help me get set up with apple care. Great service!
Dez at the Kenwood Mall Apple Store gave me the best costumer service I have ever experienced. He genuinely cared about me as a person not just a consumer and it really showed. Seriously apple, please give this man a raise. 10 stars for Dez :)
We went in and it was very crowded when we went. You really couldnt tell which workers were helping someone and which ones were just looking I gave it a 4. This is only because of the feel, look and function of it not being organized. Athough it presented as organized it really wasnt.They take names. That really meant nothing. A lady jen took my name and said shed be back in 20 mins. She was running around and hard to catch. But a man Gaylen came to help us and he was a 5 star. Excellent, listened, friendly, gave us excellent information on services. He got is in and out very quickly and had awesome customer service. Thanks Gaylen!

Mask was required without any local mandates in place. I purchased a Pixel phone elsewhere instead of an iPhone 12. You guys need to get a grip on your phobias. If youre that terrified, just dont open the doors in the first place. Geez.

When we walked in there were so many people I thought we would be there forever, but someone greeted us right away and took us to an employee that could help us. She was working on 3 phones at the same time and doing a great job! She got the phone as far as she could then we still had to call cs to finish. We spoke with 3 different reps and the issue still isnt resolved but they said it could take up to 7 days to complete. Well see what happens.
Absolutely amazing customer service from Jesse! He made the repair process so easy, and got me a replacement phone very quickly. Extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Also, explained Apple Care to me in a way that definitely made me see the good of the service for such a cheap price, otherwise I wouldn’t have bought it. Had such a good experience here!

20+ Apple employees in the store with 10+ of them standing around playing with their phones, and 1 guy in “express checkout,” which was definitely not express (25 min later with no line movement). The line to pay was 5 parties deep and after I asked a manager if anyone else could help, she said no. So I left. Never going here again. I do not recommend this store.
Tried to make Appt ! No answer . Still went to store . One hour, live in Indiana. Ask if I made reservation! I tried . Did not believe ? Ask my prob, I said new battery and sound, they said, $78. I said fine . Go to desk . A Guy comes, with computer, to tell me how great my 10xs phone test, I explained 1. sent away r/t to paying apple insurance. They sent back different serial numb! No chg. I explain . No response . So I keep my phone in yellow color to increase battery . They said, can,t chg battery a day . We do not have a speaker . I ask can you brush dirt off . No ? We need sch due to to change battery, we need to order a speaker . I pd $ 35 last time . Same place . I was told, would be free. This other guy name R&B🙄. He said, who told you . I called did not get name . He said, anyone could say that . I said, I usual don,t ask r/t apple. 🥺
My husband passed away and instead of help they told me to go to Verizon which I did and they couldn’t help either. Waste of my time. If you are looking at anything I recommend Android. It’s heart breaking that I spent many hours of my time and no help or caring. I will never use anything Apple again!
Excellent location with mainly high-end, luxury brands. Malls like this are becoming rare but this location is thriving. Lots of food and window-shopping possibilities here.
Came into the store and all the workers were super polite and they listened to every detail I had to share. My charging portal was jammed with a metal piece and one of the workers (Josh) tried to get it out but he couldn’t so he insisted on getting a wireless charger and was super helpful about it. Turns out I accidentally grabbed the wrong one for my phone and I came back and returned it with the help of Ken, and he helped me get an other one that suited my phone making sure it worked while I was still there, as we are talking Michael stepped in and proceeded to ask what happened to my phone and he managed to get the metal piece out of my phone in an instant!! Thank you to all the workers but especially huge thanks to Michael for saving me so much hassle and trouble and me still being able to keep my phone 😄😄

Hey Apple. There is no mask mandate in Ohio. No sale. One of your team blocked me as I was trying to leave when being run down about a mask. I’m fine not shopping there, but let your employees know that the aggressive confrontations are unnecessary.

I returned a MacBook Pro because I couldnt successfully change my password and my account was locked repeatedly. The two IT experts who assisted me were knowledgeable, patient, and non judgemental.
Evan was a major help in getting my AirPods fixed. He helped me out in not having to have my AirPods shipped out, and instead gave me a new left one. Also he allowed me to return the new case that I got when I thought my case was not working. 10/10 experience.
My daughter and son love this store. I am an android fan and still dont see the mystique yet.

I can not say enough great things about this place!! They know what they are doing and have a wonderfully efficient system in place. I spent 10 hours on the phone with Apple to have nothing resolved and talk to representatives that knew nothing. 30 minutes in the store and my problem was solved!!!

Make sure you have an appointment scheduled when getting a devise looked at if broken. They will take care of you and do their best to ensure you leave with your concerns resolved. Must have an appointment to be seen for problematic devices though. I like to buy my apple product from the Kenwood location Eva use it’s a beautiful mall and the Apple store is cool.
Everything in the food court is REALLY expensive. Minimum COVID precautions being taken now. BEST PLACE in the city to people watch.
Very busy, the employees seemed helpful, but it being constantly crowded, we didnt have much focus on us. Individual customers have trouble being helped, however the employees seem very informative.

Nice store, great staff. But please read the following. The store hours very from the mall hours (mall opens at 10, store opens at 11). And if you need repairs, they are done by appointment only. Also due to COVID, there is no product on display, either order on line for store pickup (and there is usually a line) or know exactly what you want to purchase in person, they will not show you anything.
David was a lifesaver, great customer service and went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Very greatful for him and this experience.
I called to see if they had a battery for my iphone. They said yes. I told them I am on my way. I live 45 minutes from their location. I jumped in the car and finally arrived only to be turned away because I didnt have an appointment. why didnt they tell me I have to have an appointment when I talked to them on the phone?

I had to visit this apple store for my iPhone won’t turn on at all. technician come and check my iPhone he said my iPhone need specialist to check it. They said it will take up to 7 days. But they didn’t call me until 10 days. And after 10 days they call me in store and says we check your iPhone but it has a liquid. They recommended me to buy the new iPhone but I ignored it and came back home the next days. I have to leave Cincinnati because I work at Nashville, Tennessee. I took my iPhone to Nashville Tennessee apple store the same iPhone. The Nashville apple store fixed my the same days. With no cost at all like $0.The staff here in this store does not know anything about the solution. They just want you to buy new products that’ll.

Im leaving a review here because I cant Leave one on Apples website My wife bought me a phone And paid for Apple care without the phone being activated The phone was accidentally thrown away now because the phone was never activated they wont Honor the Apple care And replace the phone. I have purchased phones and equipment at this store several times. They are knowledgeable and explain things quickly. I recommend making an appointment because it is a busy store but I’m very pleased with my service, product availability, and the overall experience of shopping/purchasing products at this location.

The Apple Store is so much fun. Now you know you have to go first thing in the morning to only have 50 people in the store otherwise you will see hundreds. Everyone there drinks the apple juice. So take your time as all the employees want to help you and they are very knowledgeable on their products and will help you make the correct purchase. We stop in every time we are in the Kenwood Mall.
Even though they are being cautious about Covid... you are still able to get things fixed with an appointment...thank you guys

We arrived at 12pm Sunday, Nov. 22nd and were told no appointments were available that day. Rude young lady at the front of the store with two security guards at either side of her blocking the entrance. The store looked empty, lots of red shirt employees standing around tables, waiting for appointments I assume. The experience could have been better if the greeter didnt lack customer service skills

I ordered an iPhone 12 pro max online and picked it up from Apple kenwood town centre. I purchased a case in the store and they gave me the wrong one. When I called back for exchange they were reckless as if nothing happened! I had to drive 45 mins to get to the store. They don’t care! Apple customer service sucks too! Didn’t expect this kind of service from the most valuable company.
Store hours say they open at 10am but what they dont tell you is pickup doesnt open till 11am or whenever they feel like it. Wouldnt not waste your time coming to this store. Just order online and pray it doesnt break or get stolen during shipping

The store is open by appointment only. Its usually pretty busy in here. The associates are always pretty nice and upbeat. I was having issues with an iPad charging and they got the issue resolved.

My boyfriend stopped by the store on his way home from work to pick up Apple Pencil 2 replacement tips for me. He came home empty handed because the man helping him refused selling them to him saying he was required to provide a serial number in order to purchase them. We ended up just ordering them on Amazon which is incredible frustrating because you can buy them on amazon, staples, micro center etc... why would you deny selling ANYTHING to someone willing to purchase it.
Great customer service and support. I took my daughters iPhone 6 to change out the battery after scheduling it online. This was my first time in an apple store and I was surprised how busy this mail store was. They greeted me promptly, looked up my account and directed me to a table to wait for another representative. After ten minutes of waiting I was helped by a friendly representative who walked me through the process and verified that the battery needed to be replaced. It look an hour and a half to complete the repair because there was a large demand for this process. Since I was killing time at the mall I stopped by the Verizon koisk. They are my and my familys carrier. I didnt get any customer service unlike my experience at apple. Anyway I returned to the apple store ten minutes early and my iPhone was ready. I was out of there in 15 minutes with a better working phone and a feeling of better customer service. I wish Samsung and carriers had better customer support. I told everyone how impressed I was with the service and may look into getting a new Mac book pro in the future.
I arrived 30 mins prior to the store closing and was told by an associate that I could not be helped because I had not made an appointment, and I could not make an appointment for today. I found that surprising because the store was almost completely empty and several associates were leaning on tables and chatting with one another. I asked to speak to a manager (I know, I know 🙄). Donny came to the front door and told me that ALL of the available associates were “waiting on people who had made an appointment”. I explained that I knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t need any setup or backup; I just needed to pay full price, up front for a working phone. He said that helping me was “a concession that he was not willing to make.” I work in retail and completely understand the struggles and stress that workers are under, especially now, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I guess that’s why the store was empty. If you’re looking for an apple product, look elsewhere.

After updating to ios14.3 my ipad pro starts shutting off if iam not using it. Awesome Apple you offered me $499 replacement or the offer me to buy $799 new one. WHY DO I HAVE TO BUY NEW ONE IF YOUR UPDATE BROKE IT? Stop buy Apple product people, its not the same it was before.
I was told I had 7 days to come back and possibly get a new phone, if problem persists. I did in five days and I called, explained the problem and what the helper told me to do. I called waited on phone for 45 minutes for the first person then another 15 for the second to make an appointment. I told them to please call back to help me get in and they never called or sent an email. This has to be solved or fixed. No one should have to wait this long to speak to someone. Very disappointing and I hope they fix this. The walk in is not it. You still have to make an appointment when there and still have to wait 2 hours to get in. Please don’t go this route. Not it!!!!!

I had to visit this Apple store for my watch. The staff does not know anything about the solution. They simply sends it further over to centralized technical center. Moreover, Apple watches are more prone to fault than Fitbit. Quality is not as used to be earlier.

Very bad service. My phone was damaged and I could not make an appointment to fix it and they did not want to help me. I have a warranty, apple care and insurance. Very bad attention from the security people outside, who did not want to give me any kind of help. The way that they treat me was so bad that I have to go to another place to pay to fix my phone

Super grateful for the staff at this store. We live in Indianapolis and our Apple store is still closed because of COVID-19. My husbands iPhone randomly stopped working, it’s only been used for 6 months. Everything is by appointment right now, most stores are 2 weeks out. My husband is on active duty orders and is required to have a phone, so we were starting to panic a little.We called Support and after two hours we finally convinced the agent to connect us with the store directly so we could ask if they could PLEASE fit us in. It was the only store close enough for us to drive that was open when we could come. Absolutely NO hesitation, they said we will make it work!! We drove the two hours and my husband got his phone replaced. They staff was so understanding, flexible, and kind. His phone replacement was a priority for them, they took care of it right away. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us! We can’t express how grateful we are - the army waits for nobody and we have no idea what he’d do if they weren’t able to get in touch with him while he’s active for COVID relief. You guys rock!

I set up an appointment online. My IPhone 7plus was not working properly and I called my carrier and went to two independent repair shops. The carrier and 1 shop said go to Apple store. One offered a $150 repair with no guarantees. I went to the store 10 minutes early for my appointment, signed in and within 10 minutes (earlier than appointment time) Justin came to diagnose the problem. It was determined that the phone had a problem that was common and it needed to be replaced. The microphone and ear speaker were no longer working. They have me a $200 credit. Said this was an ongoing issue with some of the 7 and 7 plus phones. I guess it is a silent recall/ upgrade. Justin was very helpful and nice. I will probably go there the next time I want a new phone. In the end it is easy and costs the same. We (Wife and I) decided no more used phones. The phone that went bad was a pre owned through cell phone company. I bought the bad phone for $272. They are $599 new I ended up paying 440 with tax. It works out that my used phone was $72. So in the end cheaper to have just bought new in the beginning I guess. Over all the store was Busy ( 6 days before Christmas)but good and they were nice. Not condescending I was surprised. I will come back. Worth the $. Worth making an appointment. Staff knowledgeable and easy to work with. Asked good questions. Not rushed. Took the time needed and made me feel like a valued customer. Justin who’s worked at 1200 o’clock on Thursday 12-19-19 was great.

As an avid apple user and a repeat Apple store customer I was very pleased with the service at this store! I was in and out with exactly what I came in for and everything transferred within 45 minutes! Great timing for 2 phones and a watch that were 100% transferred & ready! Will definitely return if I have any apple needs and am in the area!

Entire store is modified because of covid 19. They dont allow more than certain number of customers to enter store. Also, there are counters where you can go and pick up your stuff.
