Im so happy I found AAA Laptops & More! After spilling coffee on my laptop, it went haywire. I started checking out repair places to see who could look at it ASAP. With AAA there was no waiting on techs to get back to the office, or waiting on an answering service to relay my message. Tony answered my call and told me to bring it it. These guys know what they are doing. I cold-called and dropped off my 2009 mac pro that completely powered out and needed a new motherboard. There was a compatibility issue with a vintage motherboard they had available but Tony and Mark (the Doc) worked around it and wound up replacing my computer for a near exact duplicate for about the price of the initial motherboard installation quote, and all within a 4 hour timeframe on a Saturday. If you want great service from guys who know what they are doing and for a pretty darn fair price, Id recommend them.

Man oh man. I came to this store with a 2011 MacBook Pro that hasn’t been cleaned ever since I got it. The people at AAA did an amazing job cleaning not only the surface of the computer and keyboard that I had requested, but they also cleaned this inside of the computer and did an extensive deep clean of the fan inside the computer. All in all, I didn’t even know how much work the computer actually needed but the people at AAA made sure that the job would get done not only professionally but more than I had expected. I highly recommend this shop for all computer/electronic needs!

I went to AAA Laptops & More looking to have my MacBook Pros (13-inch, Mid 2012) internals upgraded for more editing and processing power. They installed a 1tb sd, and also upgraded the ram to 16. Service was fast, friendly, and at a great price! They do a nice job at communicating what they do, and how their services will benefit you. My macbook works 10x faster, and is able to process 4k video. Their load is also pretty great as well. I now have word and FCPx, which I didnt have before! Thank you again for making my work flow more efficient! Sorry it took me so long to review. Note: Be prepared to pay in cash, they will ask you to as some of the other reviews explain.

I had a great experience here!! Tony was very nice right from the moment I walked in. I dropped off my laptop (Dell with a broken hinge) and he told me I would here from him in two hours about what had to be done. When he called two hours later, he told me he was able to fix it!! And for a very very reasonable price! I was able to pick it up three hours after dropping it off and I couldn’t be happier. My computer was in much better shape, saving me from having to spend more money on a new laptop. All my files and programs were the same as I left them! Above and beyond in my opinion! I am glad I took my computer to get fixed here yesterday. I was kind of concerned I was going to waste my money but yesterday I recieved my laptop back with a brand new hard drive. I will return and I certainly recommend going to AAA computer if any services are needed!

Today I went AAA Laptops to get an LCD display assembly, the guy there was very professional and friendly. He had exactly what I was looking for, he made sure it was the correct part which it was. The experience was great and I was in and out. I WILL most definitely be doing business again with this company.

Good and fast service and the staff is nice

Brought in my gaming laptop and he seemed to immediately know what the problem was without even looking at it. According to him, the most expensive part of the laptop, the GPU, was fried. I was already a little sketched out by the place as some dude was just leaving talking about bringing in a few laptops he was locked out of for some reason, and they guy at AAA seemed perfectly fine with helping him. Against my better judgement, I left my laptop with him to run diagnostics.He called me back no later than 2 hours after I dropped it off saying yup, your gpu is dead, youll need a replacement laptop, luckily we have plenty in stock at the shop. I told him to leave the laptop open so I can look at it and he threw a fit, saying that would take too long. Really really sketchy.I came back to pick everything up and he continued to try and upsell me a new laptop, which of course I wasnt going to do after all the bull he just pulled. I made sure he opened my laptop (which he threw another fit over, argued with me and tried to make me feel bad for asking him to do the most basic thing). Made sure all my parts were still in there, and thankfully they were, and got the heck out of there. Also, he only took cash and made me run all the way down to the nearest ATM. Sketchiest technician experience Ive ever had.I took the laptop to another, better repair shop (P C Repair in Florence), and they diagnosed it for almost half the price. They tried to repair it as best they could, diagnosed the problem every step of the way, and did their due diligence, rather than taking a quick glance and trying to sell me a new one like at AAA. Instead of having to buy a new laptop or gpu, P C Repair was able to replace a few short-circuited parts to fix my laptop. What was sold as a lazy $1000-2000 new buy, was fixed for a little over $50.User be ware. I dont think this place is a chop shop, but they are definitely not totally honest with their customers, and wont give much diligence to your system if its a complicated problem like mine was. Plus, they only take cash and service shady customers who ARE stealing laptops.

I took my old laoptop in to see if it was fixable. I had a feeling it was not and Tony confirmed my suspicions. The hard drive was done. I walked out with a nice laptop, no sales pressure. Tony even trusted that I would come back with the balance of the money I still owed later that day or the next. Super nice salesperson! I highly recommend.

I just recently has an amazing experience with aaa laptops and more.I will begin by saying that this place is not a scam!!!Both guys who work there listen, and they truly care about their customers. Their work is affordable, honest, and meticulous.I brought my computer in because it had a charging issue. Mu computer is my life! He gave me a new one and did a system switch over for a very small price. When that system couldnt download certain software, he did a very difficult repair of my new system, and did not charge me for it!Anytime I called, he answered. He never got upset with me, and was always ready to listen. When I got my system back, it was like new. I highly recommend this shop, and will be returning soon.

I dropped off my hp at 3:00 this afternoon with a busted battery port and it was fixed by 5:30pm (since they had the parts in stock and are on top of their game). Great customer service too. Only warning is that the quality comes at a cost; but still cheaper [and more convenient] than replacing an otherwise functioning laptop.

These guys saved me over $500. They charged only $250 to do what other places told me would cost over $800. And it only took them 1 hour. Im definitely going back if my laptop ever needs to be fixed again.

I own a HP envy beastaudio touchscreen laptop. Inevitably I dropped the laptop and broke the screen, and it was still under warranty. Therefore I sent it into HP and it was a 3 week turnaround. When it was returned the hinges were extremely loose and in just a couple of openings the screen and the back plate split. of the 6 screws needed for the 2 hinges, there was 1 screw and the frame snapped. I took it into AAA Laptops & More and the quoted me at a reasonable price and had my computer ready in just over an hour, it was around lunch time. I was a couple of dollars short for tax and they ate the tax and did a phenomenal job. They offer excellent customer service, quick work, and all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Stay away from this place. I went there with my wife when our laptop wouldnt charge up or hold a charge. They plugged it in, waiting a moment to look at the windows pop up, then proceeded to tell us that we should not have installed Windows 10 on our device, because it was not made for it when it was manufactured. They told us some spiel about paying $70 or more to return it to default and then it could work fine again. What a bunch of garbage! It still works fine, it just needed a new battery and wall charger. They just want to charge you a bunch of money for a job anyone can do. Avoid this place.

I took my 2 laptops to Toni. He assured me that 1 was unrepairable gave me only $40 credit for it. The other 1 had WIN 10, after paying $150 and picking it up, he changed it to WIN 8! None of the tiles worked. After calling him asking about it, he claims he put could only put what was legally already on the sticker. I HAVE NO STICKER ON MY LAPTOP! Its obvious Toni doesnt have his orders organized to know what to do with his clients property. All he wanted to do was argue and get defensive after being paid for a job he didnt complete. No money back was offered at all, just bring it back to him to do more damage. NEVER AGAIN!

This place is a scam please do not go here for anything. They tried to charge me 800 dollars to repair my 500 dollar laptop. I called Acer the next day and they told me it was going to only cost 450 dollar.

We had a Square Reader break off in the headphone jack of our iPad. My attempts to remove it with a toothpick and Crazy Glue proved unsuccessful.Since this was our businesss POS, it was critical to have the the broken piece cleared from the jack before we opened (1 hour). Without being able to insert our replacement reader, we would have to manually enter credit card information for cards that we could not process by other means.I arrived here, iPad in hand, when they opened and I explained the urgency of our situation to the tech. The sympathetic tech quickly cleared the jack of the broken piece and I was out the door within a few minutes. Awesome service!

They did not fix my laptop, and every time I got it back a new issue appeared. Scammed me out of $200 I could’ve just bought a new laptop.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF DO NOT TAKE YOUR PC HERE TO GET IT FIXED. Paid $140+ to get my PC fixed and problem was not solved. Ended up having to send my PC back to Manufacturer and be without it for the majority of Fall Semester 2016. There isnt a guarantee on their repairs, which should have been a red flag in the first place, but I was desperate. Save yourself the money and dont take anything that you care about to this business.

Do not bring your computer here! This place is a scam. I brought my laptop that I dropped to get parts of the hardware replaced. They told me they could fix it perfectly and do it in three days, but they charged me a huge price tag that was close to $300. Instead of three days, they didnt get it fixed until six weeks later. But they did a terrible job fixing it as well as they lied and only replaced half of what they said they would fix and my computer would not even close or turn on properly after I got it back. I strongly regret bringing it here and I would never recommend anyone to do so.

Tried to do a data migration on my own. And got the Blue screen of death. Called my friends here at AAA for some help and they assured me they would get my desktop back up and running. Unfortunately for myself my data wasnt able to be rescued this is due to my own ignorance of PCS. However they did get my desktop back to me in working order with the new SSD installed and with the PC optimized and in faster than ever. Thanks alot AAA. Ill be coming to you all for any performance upgrades or technical issues in the future.

Dudes here are perfect, completely cleaned my fans which brought a new birth to my laptop and together with super friendly attitude.

The men at AAA Laptops & More were stand up guys. They knew about my problem and fixed it within the hour. My screen had a giant crack running diagonally up the screen, and within two hours I had my laptop back and the screen was better than the one prior. Also the price was fairly decent seeing as Best Buy is 500 and Microcenter is 600 dollars to repair a screen. I would recommend them to anyone, especially UC students seeing how convenient, affordable, efficient, and customer friendly they were.

Fantastic service. Bust Hard drive and after the UC on campus people failed to notice this and advised me to buy a new PC I came to AAA Laptops and More and had it fixed up and working again by the next day with new operating system etc. Excellent service and value for money, will definitely be coming here again if I break my computer again.

The guys that work there are nice enough. However, last year I went to them with some malware that was pretty nasty. Long story short, I ended up handing my computer over to them for a week and paying over 200 dollars for them to simply restore my computer and hand it back to me with the 32 bit Windows OS installed in place of what was originally 64 bit.As is usually the case with malware, if there is a fix out there, its not hard to find...if there isnt, youll know pretty quickly. They apparently never found a fix. A lot of time and money would have been spared had they been honest with me and told me they couldnt do anything for me. Would not recommend going to them for anything other than basic superficial repairs.

The Two real nice guys working there got my computer fixed with a new hard drive for only $189, and they managed to save some of my data on top. Ill be back for future computer issues.

Broke my computer, they repaired it for a reasonable price. Broke it again the next day, brought it back, they spent about six hours going over every bit of it with a fine-toothed comb, fixing it completely, totally for free. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my computer, I called all around town, no one could provide service for my computer with-in two weeks, I some how got intouch with AAA Computers, I spoke to a gentleman and he told me to bring my computer in to them and that it was possible that I could have it back that evening if I brought it in right away, well to make a long story short, they didnt have it ready that evening but they did have it ready that next day, these guys are AWESOME!!!!!!

Do NOT take your laptop here. They took months to fix mine. They technically fixed the problem that I brought it in for, only for me to find out that they made a new one. I honestly think that they have no idea what they are doing.
