Mindi is fantastic. Has cut my hair twice and done a great job both times. Definitely a cut above the rest.

I got my haircut today by a shorter dark haired girl. When I sat down the clippers didn’t work so she continued cutting my hair with scissors which I didn’t mind at all. After finishing up the hair cut I go to pay and mentioned something about the cowlicks in my hair so i buy some product to help with that. She then says she has something that can help and asks me to sit back down. The hair cut looked good at that point so it seemed like she knew what she was doing and I trusted her so I sat back down. Without saying anything, she began to cut out spots of my hair where the cowlicks were and along the sides, making my haircut uneven and stick up even more....brutal ending to what I thought was a good hair cut. Its not the end of the world because hair grows back but the dishonesty is what I wanted to be heard. Needless to say I will never be back

Clean store, rarely wait more than 10 minutes. Ive been coming here for a couple years due to the convenient location and that it is next door to my favorite Indian restaurant. I always feel like I get a good hair cut by people who range from caring above average to a tremendous amount

Nice, clean establishment. Reasonably priced as well. The girls there where very nice and quite skilled. The woman who trimmed and shaped my beard did an amazing job and the woman who cut my sons hair did a great job at keeping him calm and relaxed during his haircut as well as giving him a very good haircut that looked exactly like the cut I asked her to give him. We will definitely be going back to this Sports Clips the next time my son needs a haircut and I need a beard trim. I highly recommend the Hyde Park Sports Clips.

I got my haircut yesterday. The woman who checked me/cut my hair seemed very short with me. Maybe it was just a long day. My haircut is very uneven and embarrassing. Ill have to wear a hat until it grows back out and I get it re-cut. I know theres bigger problems in the world than a bad haircut, and I know everyone has a long day sometimes, but I just wanted to voice my feedback.

Normally good, but they are now suggesting rather than requiring that clients wear masks. I will not return.

Had a stylist that cut my hair for 5 years. Decided to change it up last year. Went to a few of the barber shops in Oakley/Kenwood areas. Needed a cut one Sunday morning and decided to head to Sports Clips. Met Joi, and told her to give me a new style cut. The cut was perfect, staff was friendly, and it was easy to check in online.

Great store and easy location. I have been coming to this store for years and always leave happy. They get busy but are timely and professional. All the ladies are great and you can tell they have their regulars. Its always a good sign to see repeat customers.

This Sports Clips seemed smaller than most, but might have been just a different layout. Service was good with several stylists working. Hot towels and water for MVP were only warm and I was not asked about temperature as I am at the other Sport Clips I have visited.

I got my son in there pretty quickly by checking in online. We werent there long and my son was very happy with the cut.

Ive been going here for several years and am always satisfied with my cut. They dont take appointments, but you can use their online system to check wait times for different stylists. You can also check in before you arrive to reduce wait time.

The worst haircut I have ever received. Hands down. The military butch jobs I got years ago were even better. I had long hair when I went in and just wanted a trim. Even showed a picture of what I wanted it to look like/what Im growing it to look like, then a 1/2 inch buzz to the top of my head. The manager tried to make it right with no charge, but doesnt fix what Ive been growing for awhile now. DONT GO HERE!!!

Ive been going here for the past couple hair cuts because its right down the street from my gym. Each time Ive tried a new stylist and have yet to get a cut that Im proud to show off. My last cut there was easily the worst haircut Ive had in the last 10 years, and the stylist was trying to sell me all this fancy shampoo adding insult to injury. I will not be going back again

I like getting my hair cut here. I am a male that gets a fairly simple fade cut, but the wait time has always been fair and the Tree Tea stuff they sell is really great! They can be a bit pushy with the other products, but if you tell them youre not interested, they tend to be respectful.

Walked in and was greeted immediately with a smile by Krysta. Welcome to Sport Clips, have you been here before? Told her I went to a UC BBall game the other nite and saw on the stub, free haircut. What I thought was just going to be a cut, turned out to be the MVP experience of my life, guy like spa treatment. Sports themed and TVs everywhere tuned to ESPN. She styled my hair nicely, then was told to come in the back for a shampoo and sit in a massage recline chair. She massaged my scalp and got a hot towel for my face, like heaven. Then back in the hair cutting chair for a dry, style, gel and massage. Told if I came back in less than 30 days, would do a neck trim for free. What a treat, definitely would recommend this place. Only 20-25 minutes and felt like a new man. Dont believe any negative comments, not true. Steve

Hands down the worst haircut I have ever gotten. The whole time the hairdresser was just trying to sell me hair care products and she failed to cut about 40% or 50% of my hair, as she was to distracted trying to impress me by giving me a free shampoo and back massage to realize that some parts of my hair were now twice as long as others. The place emanates mediocrity and the staff is under qualified. Judging by the fact that everyone who left there had the basically the same haircut leads me to believe they only really know how to do one style of haircut. GreatClips is within walking distance of Sportsclips, is significantly cheaper, and does a much, much better job.. and theyre not even good.I should have known that i was in for a horrible time when I decided to get my haircut in what looks like a sports bar. Needless to say i will never be returning to Sportsclips unless it was a free redo, and i honestly dont trust them to do that right either, the staff lacks skill. If they gave me my money back that would be nice, or at least half of it, because they only did about half their job.

The stylist I had repeatedly asked if what I wanted done to my hair was how I actually wanted it done, ignored me when I asked to go ahead and shave a part anyways, opting to blend it more, kept moving my hair off to the side after I pulled it back, and after it had briefly shown to hold to the back before being combed to the side, was told that it wouldnt stay going to the back because its just growing to that side
