This company could not be any more predatory. They say they work with you despite your credit but then stick you with a car note higher than most rents for a car that should be affordable. Not to mention the car will break down on you and they will do nothing to help while still gouging your pockets. Ps if you see a dark blue 2012 Kia Sorento do yourself a favor and just run away before you too get caught up in a lemon lawsuit

If I could give them zero stars I would. Drove my car for about a week before I have to send it in to be serviced because my drip pan was stripped and I had a loose drain hose (not my fault). I was told by Patrick my car would be ready today now I’m being told they’re trying to fit it into their schedule so there’s no guarantee that I’ll have my car today and he’s really not sure when it’ll be ready. So here I am waiting on a 30 minute fix to be done while I’m on the brink of loosing my job. And do you think they care?? Of course not

I give them 5 stars they was helpful and friendly but as far as my car being fixed, The check engine light came back on after I got on highway, same problem and im out the money I was charged for them to fix it, its worse now then it ever was, guess Ill have to dig into it myself and actually fix it cant use a car that only does 20 on the highway, at this point Id say take it back but I dont want that on my credit report so Ill just deal with this over priced paper wait....

The customer care side is very good. They will definitely take good care of you, but when it comes to service maintenance, they are absolutely horrible!! I have scheduled two appointments at 8am, one time for an oil change and another to get my muffler connected and both times took over five hours. I will personally NEVER recommend to get service maintenance done here. They are also very rude and untimely with phone calls.

Steve and Bobby took care of me! They got me in and out and handle everything professionally. If you are looking for a car I would definitely recommend these guys!!

Jazz was awesome 100%. My issue was the underwriters policies to be approved. When a customer comes into a dealership 9/10 they have went to another company which means their credit was ran. I was turned away because of marks on my creditvehicle inquiries ran by 2 different automotive companies, in which I was approved but looking for a location with less down payment, and I was denied for that reason. So all that does is add more inquiries on my record with no vehicle. If they are going to look at credit, vehicle inquiries should be exempt due to that being the reason they are coming to you.

They always get me together. Anthony in the service dept. is the man. He tells me what’s wrong on the telephone he don’t even have to see it!!!( He’s fair too. ($)). I don’t have the horror story u looking for. :)

I always have been done right by them. My husband and I got our first car loan in Beechmont and then a 1 and a half later we got another car. They build you credit and they really work with you great place.

The fact that I cant get my car fixed properly, is super frustrating. However they have no problem calling for a payment! I will never get a car from you guys, ever again.

Rates to high. Went to a big and better car lot and was approved right away and low interest. This place is awful and you have to stay all day to get a answer. Thank god o didnt get a car there. Beware

They will get you into a car but lie and won’t fix it. My car gave me trouble the first week they said my air mass flow sensor expired and they had to reprogram the car. They “fixed” it but the check engine light never went off. Eventually the transmission went out and I had it towed up there to be fixed. It was in my warranty but wasn’t fixing it I would call and either wouldn’t answer or would have to call me back. Never fixed the. At but called me for months for payments. Then when I finally looked up how much the car was worth omg ! Owed 12k on a car worth 2k. Go to jake Sweeney or something.

I wish I didn’t have to even give this place one star. The vehicles being sold are lemons. Now my son purchased a vehicle never late on his payments were being directly taken out of the bank account.Well needless to say as my son was driving the vehicle the sway bar cracked and my child could have lost his life. It was taken to a repair shop and was brought to our attention the vehicle had so much previous damage underneath it should’ve never been sold and looked as if had been welded back at some point. He called for over a month to have vehicle returned nothing. However, they continued taking payments. Unable to drive the vehicle it sat in my driveway for months because the repair shop stated to fix the sway bar $2000.00 and then would have to determine from there what else was damaged. My son continued to call in regards to vehicle nothing. So eventually he decides to go get another vehicle to which he learns the vehicle from here was listed as a repossession on his credit report but yet the vehicle was in my driveway and they were still collecting payments. So long story short they finally came and got the vehicle maybe two weeks ago. I hope my son goes about this the correct way and gets the lawyer he was advised to do because to almost loose your life, continue to pay on a vehicle and then to have it listed on your credit as a repossession is ridiculous. Before vehicles are sold they need to be inspected properly. And then to learn for a 2009 Chevy Malibu he was being charged what a brand new one would cost was outrageous. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for getting over on people. I would never recommend anyone getting a vehicle from here he should’ve read reviews and listened to others who went through similar situations.

When going to this location ask for Chris. Chris was a great help, very respectful, friendly, courteous and didnt feed me any BS. Chris was very honest from the first time I spoke with him. Chris worked with me for days to help me find the right car. I highly recommend going to see Chris if you need a car. I needed a car and I needed it right away and they made that possible. This place is a joke - always has been and still is. The gentlemen that helped me was very nice, funny and did his job but i decided to try and give this dealership a 2nd chance and I am happy I was not able to, they turned me down due to a vehicle that i returned to them years ago because as soon as i drove it off the lot it broke down in the middle of the street! Buyer Beware, also the inventory was sketchy the cars i viewed online were not even available or there on the lot...even if they did approve me I was planning to decline anyways. Some employees are unprofessional as well, having your child in the customer loan booth with you is a big sign that this place is not to be taken seriously.

St. Patricks Day couldnt have been a better day to have good luck. We worked with Steven at the Cincinnati Colerain Location and he was great. He worked with the finance company to get my daughter and I into a new car! So impressed with our experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Was over priced an unclear when filling out paper work i had to go through an very stressful process an after going to the lot 3 times because they said I would only need a few things to get approved I would bring the necessary paper work an then they would say I needed more still. I was told that I’d only be on a 2-3 year payment plan an after the 2 year mark I called an asked how much until my car was paid up an they said 3 more years. The guy that sold me the car just wanted the sale an didn’t keep to any of his word. If you decide to give the car back they give you a repo in your name an garnish your wages for as long as it takes. When I was filling paper work out they told me my car would only be 14,000 after financing come to find out it was 20,000 for a 08 impala. One of the worst lots I’ve ever been to definitely would not recommend going to this lot. I was there for 5 hours an almost lost my job because the sales guy kept telling me it would only be a hour process. STAY AWAY FROM JD BYRIDER, they messed up my credit an made it extremely hard to get approval anywhere else in the future. If I could give this lot a lower rating I would cause 1 star is definitely giving them more then they deserve. Just to add insult to injury the car I got broke down within the first couple months having it an I had to replace the altinator. An the car still had trouble turning over. I’ve had multiple problems with my car the sales people was very vague on the payment plans when trying to get a hold of them to tell them to pick up the car they didn’t give me a answer an the car doesn’t turn over to bring it back myself. Currently still sitting in my driveway an I have overdraws fees in bank account where they have tried to take the payments out. I can’t keep any money in my bank account to pay bills or anything because I’m nervous they will just take it out an I’ll be late on rent or my power will be shut off. I urge anyone to never go to a jd lot, they should be shut down for good.

Wish I could give negative stars! This place is joke! I have never had an experience as horrible as I did here! The service manager talked to my husband and I like we were ignorant, and we are so far from it! No one wanted to help, just take your money. I have purchased 2 cars with JD Byrider in the past, and had issue but nothing compared to this. 3 months my van was with you guys. The sad thing is you guys never could fix it!!! But you took my money and treated us like we were ignorant. Anytime time I hear anyone coming to you I encourage them to go somewhere else. You might as well go get a car from junk yard, you will probably have better luck. Just be aware that the service is horrible, and remember they will say anything to get you into car!

My husband just bought a 2016 equinox from here on 12/15 we’ve had quite a few issues out of it which the service department argued about and now my car has blown up in the driveway and the expect us to pay for the tow. Total scam so upset we’re stuck making payments on a piece of junk. Please don’t waste your money people!!

Chris was very helpful and honest. He didnt try to put us into a vehicle we couldnt afford, we were very suprised and grateful. The wait was long but it was expected due to my credit history. If you have low credit expect to wait a long time to get financed or get a co signer. Over all really like the service and honestly from Chris. Upfront payments, upfront price and salesmanship.

I went to JD Byrider up from Northgate Mall after going to Superior Kia..Kia commercials says if you make 350 a week we wanna see ya in a kia..Well i got approved but my down payment would have been 2500 and my payments 447 a month..JD Byrider with the help of salesman Stephen i got into a 2013 Hyundai Sonata beautiful car.Im gonna take it to them Monday to fix a minor spark plug issue.But i would recommend them to anyone looking for a car
