Not a bad place for used tires. Can be a bit over priced for parts & labor.. Love that you can get free air but, if you have an alignment issue & can’t get it done. They still charge you a $70 checkout fee. Which is ridiculous. Granted, it went towards the work but $600 for upper control arms. That only takes 20min per side at best & premium MOOG parts only cost me. $75 a piece. She clearly pulled the number ($600) out the sky. Where are the men? If they want this business to continue to stay in business. They better find them, cause they definitely just lost one.

Went for air in tires, one of the few places you can get free air. Unlike the gas stations were you pay almost $2 for substandard air equipment and cant even get the right air... hint hint gas stations super America, shell, bp and the like. I think Ill get my next set of 8 tires there (I have three sets of wheels) Im a car guy what can I say.

Sons car ran over something and car was towed here. Was concerned that employees were not wearing masks. Was extremely busy for a Monday morning. Man who gave estimate was nice but to my knowledge estimate was to fix damage and never gave estimate to replace hubcap that was cracked.

I have been using this company for many years Ive been in business since 1990 this company has been serving me for many years from the father to the son anytime I needed car repair tire fix they always got me in right away could not say much more about this company except a very good job make you sometime feel like you at cheers the bar cuz everybody in there knows your name and very friendly

I had to bring my tire to this place to get it fixed correctly. I paid over 500.00 for 4 brand new tires on my mini cooper. I told them I wanted to keep my old tires and they charged me a core charge for disposal. I had to get that fixed and they did finally refund me. I bought road hazard. I just brought my tire back and told them it had 2 holes. I had a stylish red valve stem caps. When I got the tire back it still leaked and they kept the red cap. I brought it back the next day to find the second hole was never fixed. They did find my red cap and give it back to me. The problem is I was on a back country road when the tire went flat and the wear and damage that does on a tire will never be right again.

Terrible customer service. Heidi was very rude. She had personal conversations with patrons while others waited angrily.

RV had flat tire and broken valve stem.. they were wonderful and I was back on the road within 3 hours great price 125.$ for the work fast when they were up to their eyes in work. By far the best experience I have ever had at a repair shop. Recommend this place to you.

They rounded off my lug nut, due to not using the correct size socket and then proceeded to tell me it would be an additional $100 to remove the lug nut (THEY STRIPPED) although I had already spent nearly $300 on 2 tires. Our entire family has tires from this company. This will be the last time that we ever spend money at Major Tire.

Sent my truck there to replace oxygen sensors. They gave me an estimate of $125.00. After starting work on my truck the estimate increased to $300.00. When my wife went to pick up my truck the column shifter was not working properly, which she brought to Bobs, one of the employees, attention. He said bring it back and they would take care of it. Brought it back and they tried to say it was like that when i brought it in. So after some heated conversation they told me my truck would be parked in the back and come and get it. I took it to Monroe tire and repair and they showed me where their mechanic bent the transmission linkage. Very poor workmanship, and they do not stand behind their work.

I had a nail in one of my tires. I took it to the dealer to have it checked out (and for a free oil change). Not surprisingly, the dealer said they couldnt fix it - and wanted to sell me a new tire. I brought my car to Major Tire and they fixed the tire for $29.99. The patch has lasted about three months without any problem at all. My wife and I now go to Major Tire for oil changes and other service needs. Everyone who works there is nice, knowledgable and friendly, their prices are fair and the service is fast.

Please know what needs to be fixed before you agree to any work they will change you for items you dont need. I cant put it any simpler than that . they told me my axle was bent when I ask for them to show me thats when the truth came out it was not bent .I was a 20 plus year customer knew them by name ....i felt like I could trust them 20 plus years and they tried to get me 😨💜

This place is over priced, you are going to pay double here compared to any other auto shop. I definitely don’t recommend this place without shopping around first.Update.. I paid $600 to get the sway bar fixed, drove my car for a week and have to take it back to a mechanic for the same issue. I’m very disappointed, $600 for faulty parts.

These people will rip you off in a heart beat. They are sexist and think young women have no idea what they are talking about. I had to take my car here twice to get the issue fixed and ended up paying nearly $700 total to fix a $100 problem.. I even TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. The lady at the desk just looked at me like I was stupid and didnt even write down what I said. They tried to do every single thing before actually fixing what was wrong.They gave me an alignment and put on four new tires the first time I went there and told me that it was fixed. However, they didnt even test drive it on the highway where it was acting up after they fixed it! Their driver is a real piece of work, too. I was told he would be able to take me to work and would be there within 5 min, but ended up waiting over 45 min just to find out he was in another town - 40 min away - and would be at least another hour because he had other things to do. I had to get an uber and ended up being over an hour late to my job. I wish I never came here. They really effed up my whole week and I ended up pissing off my bosses at both my jobs. The second time I took my car here, they took 24 hours to get back to me just to tell me exactly what I told them was wrong with it - but not before trying to get me to pay $1400 to fix other things first. Worst car repair experience Ive ever had. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - especially if you are a woman!!

I would literally be here all day if I wrote everything that went wrong lets just say the owner is a coward and the employees are dummies. They tried to charge me $1500 for oil leak. Had my car for a total of 4 days!!! And 1 of those days the mechanic wasnt even there (why they only have one mechanic that is capable of fixing oil leaks I have no clue) but he wasnt there. One lady told me they just had to put it back together, then I spoke to a different lady later that day and she told me its just been sitting there because they are swampedand mechanic is out due to an emergency. This place is a joke the ones who had good reviews, yall must have gotten lucky because I dont understand how this work can be considered good. Do NOT waste your time seriously

Stopped on a whim on my lunch break because I had a leaking tire and they had free air. They managed to squeeze me in for a leak repair on the spot and I made it back to work with time to spare. Great service, would come back again!
