Chris from sales and Ed in finance treated me with great. Im a first time car buyer, and was purchasing a used truck thats worth half, or even less than half of the value of most of the new cars on that lot. Regardless, I felt I was well taken care of throughout my experience. I was not pressured into the sale of the vehicle, nor any super unnecessary stuff on the back end like nitrogen filled tires. I also got a HECK of an interest rate compared to what I was expecting to get, which made the penny-pincher in me happy. If I can ever afford one of the new Navigators, I know where I will purchase it from :)

Had a really great experience purchasing my Lincoln from this dealership. Working with Chris Pieratt on this deal was like working with an old friend...the day before I made the actual purchase I drove to the dealership with the intention of buying that day but had a flat tire on the trade- in on the way there. Chris had me pull the car in their bay, took off his jacket, rolled up his sleeves and helped me put on the spare so I could go to have it repaired. Great experience! Ive been in twice for my 2020 Navigator and have been more than happy each time. This time, a routine 15K service, dropped my car of at 8AM, received a text before 9 that my car was ready (and had a car wash) Ben Traylor was awesome!
Went there to look at a used vehicle they posted.i sent vehicle request in and got call from employee of Lincoln. I asked if vehicle had any damage beside what was shown on photos. He never passed along ky questions to salesman. Second, salesman was supposed to text me so I could send him my drive license and ins. card for test drive. Never called.Photos showed little damage to front, small area of flaked paint on tailgate. But side shot used the sun glare and reflection to hide the huge rusted gash down the side of the vehicle. Looks like someone side swipped the truck. Scratches all the way down the passenger side.I was thinking I was going to see a quality used vehicle at a Lincoln dealer. Am a Cadillac person but figured they should be same quality. Nope. They rushed vehicle and skipped the service department looking at it. So I drove an hour there from work and an hour home. Felt duped and was mad I wasted my time and gas.Expected much better from a luxury car dealer.

The Hospitality here is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. Chris showed me everything I needed to know about the MKZ and took the time to help set up the drivers settings. Buying Used Certified was the best option for me. They gave me top $ for my trade in. The car was so clean & serviced in less than 24 hours from when I committed to buy. They were fast at having the car ready, since I was taking it on a trip the day I was picking it up. The Lincoln is definitely comfortable for long rides. Do not bother buying a car here if youβre a woman.The sales member- Chris, will quickly try to belittle you for being a young woman and make buying very difficult because he truly is not eager to sell to you. He had me sitting in his chair for almost an hour after I told him I wanted to buy the car. After awhile I asked him if there was something I needed to do to get the ball rolling and his response was βwell itβs almost closing time.βAfter several calls trying to get a sales member that actually wanted to make a sale, my new car was given to me with an oil change maintenance alert and I was told βthatβs okay the computer just wasnβt updated.β Unacceptable in my opinion when purchasing a luxury car in cash. On top of this they didnβt even try to clean the car prior to pick up. I called to have these issues fixed and when the car was returned to me the issues were NOT resolved.As a business woman myself, they need a huge lesson in customer service. I would be absolutely mortified if these were my employees. If I could give negative stars I would.
Service is poor, need headlight and two recalls, they say wait 2 months for appointment. Get your Lincoln serviced elsewhere. Ownership and management are problematic.

Took vehicle in for scheduled oil change and inspection report recommended tie rod replacement cooling system flush brake pads and rotors. because of amount of expense got 2nd opinion from reputable auto center and they actually took me out to garage to show me all four brake pads and rotors had no wear on them and did not have to be replaced. also tie rods only needed 1 replaced not both. also cooling system fluid was clean and would be stupid to flush. I will not be servicing my Lincoln at your dealership .

We purchased a 2011 Suburban that had a New transmission. LOOKED like a good buy! After we purchased the car we took it back 3 times and they refused to fix it. The transmission shop is R&R on 28 in Goshen I took it to them 3 times and was told they floored (gas) it and nothing happened. We took it home and returned it the next day (samething) with doubts they were going to fix it Again we pickup up the Suburban and it still had a transmission problem wouldnt shift out of 2nd . I took it to a Chevy dealer in Eastgate and they fixed it right the first time I havent had any issues from the installation Chevy did I paid $4000 for a transmission when Lincoln made it seam as it had a new one Beware of cheap NON DEALER (buddy buddy)WORK ON TRANSMISSIONS . Then a refused to fix it or pay any of the cost
I had a great first time experience with service at Lincoln of Cincinnati. I needed an oil change and tire rotation so they offered to pick my car up from work and drop off a loaner. By the time I got home from work with the loaner car they were done and came and dropped my car off at my house. Great Service! Thank you.
The service was excellent with a short wait time. I was provided with a loaner vehicle and the repair was completed in a timely manner. Each person I encountered was friendly. And they cleaned my car!

Called late afternoon for appointment for transmission reprogram notice from Lincoln and oil change. Option to text request which I did. Better than leaving voice mail. Gene called me back next morning and was able to schedule me quickly. At time of appointment Gene not available, so Ben took care of everything and was thorough with his follow up as found leak in drive shaft seal which was covered by warranty on 5 1/2 year old car. Car was ready when promised. Drive in service area and customer area were all very clean.

He makes appointments around our hectic schedules, always has a loaner available for us and knows us by name. Good customer service experience goes a long way and creates lifetime customers. I have been calling their service department for 3 days in a row all hours of the day and they are not answering my calls nor returning my voice mails, Service department couldnβt get more rude I just wanna schedule an oil change and they wonβt answer their phone for days now, even the lady answered the phone at the front office tried several times she couldnβt get hold of the service department, the Man in charge of the services department should get a job at a used car lot. Pay here buy here would be good place for him. I called Beau Lincoln in Vandalia OhioThey immediately answered and I made My service opt with them. Even thought they are extra 20 miles extra drive Iβm giving my business to them. 1 star for Lincoln of Cincinnati service department. Shame on you.
Good customer service, great price on the used car I bought. Didnt feel pressure by Dave, my salesman. And although they have me options, I didnt feel like they tried to shove extra stuff down my throat like many dealers. Plus the new digital signing process needs to stay even after COVID-19!

I was very interested in a used Lincoln Nav 18β listed on the lot and we live several hours away, and was worried with the good deal, it wouldnβt be there upon arrival. Very terrible service and deal I will never buy from them ever again because I got a car that has so much damage on it dents all over the car with some weird hidden issues Iβm so stress with it and also a cracked grille I went to the dealership the sales manager said there nothing he can do because the deal has been already made so when I get the surveys about this dealership they will get nothing but 0 stars they suck very terrible dealership the car shouldβve been a lot cheaper if I had seen these hidden damage on top of these issues the cars tires are miss matched overall terrible experience I would never recommend this dealership to anyone one whoβs trying to buy a car period!
I am sorry to leave such a low rating, however my vehicle was in your service dept. for almost a month. I had to drive back down to your dealership 2 weeks into the service period (3 hour round trip) in order to ride with my service advisor to have him witness the rattle and reconfirm the rattling moonroof issue (which we did) and even after that I was told that the service technician could not hear the rattle and then, oddly, a few days later was told that the rattle βfixedβ itself. I asked if the car had been test driven to confirmed that the rattle was βfixedβ and was assured it was.Within 300 feet of driving it off the lot, the rattle was present. I called back in order to secure another service appointment to βreallyβ fix the rattling moonroof and was politely told, βwe donβt want to work on the carββ-unbelievable! I essentially had to beg my service manager to reconsider and I was βgrantedβ another service appointment, however, I decided to bring my vehicle to another dealership and they immediately verified the rattle and the entire moon roofβglass panels, tracks, headlinerβeverything has been replaced with brand new under my new car warranty via Lincoln.I am very disappointed in the ineffectiveness of your service dealership and how I was made to feel throughout the entire process of dealing with your service dept.I will not return for service or future car purchases. You should be ashamed treating any Lincoln service client this way, especially when they bring to you a new, $72,000 Lincoln product for repair!
My car wouldnt start, so I got it jumped. I took it to Auto Zone (across the street where I was). They tested the battery and alternator & said they were fine. I was able to drive it home, but it wouldnt start the next day. So, I called Montgomery Lincoln & scheduled an appointment. I had it towed in and I was told it was the battery! I am a little concerned that I might get stranded since Im not completely confident that the issue was indeed the battery. Heres hoping.I had been in for an oil change the week before and asked to have something that was hanging under the engine cut off so it didnt drag, but that didnt happen.I usually always give Montgomery Lincoln 5 stars because they are so good & helpful.
