My boyfriend took our Ford Edge to Dan to fix our Hub assembly, once we got the car back it was still making a noise. He took it to someone else and they said that it was forced on. Once he found this out he call the shop to talk to Dan to see what was going on and talk about the issue and a lady answer and immediately started being very rude and screaming at him and told him that he couldnt talk to him so he hung and called me. I then called and asked to talk to Dan and the same lady answered the phone and immediately was very rude and told us that we would not be speaking to Dan. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here due to just the disrespect out of anything. We had had other work done at the shop and never had an issue. But Im spending my money at your shop I refuse to get talked to like a child or be disrespected.

Went to Torbeck Auto Repair in September 2020 I experienced very nasty attitude i took my car in for check engine light on and car over heating after I received my car back from them there was multiple leaks in the car and the issue of the check engine light on was never addressed they cleared the light and they lied about work that was supposed to have been done I will never allow them to service my car again and will not recommend this shop.

Honest work with detailed recommendations. Choose what you want to do now and come back for any extras. Cost summary per item. I have a 2005 Accord that has, well, some issues at 200k. Got the needed items done and Ill be back for a few less urgent items! Ask for a loaner to cover your work day(s) while your car is in the shop! If you want to keep owning your car and avoid paying your hard earned cash EVERY month to the dealership, this is a good way to go!

I had a very bad experience with this shop some time back. From the time I entered into the shop. I got Bad vibes, got stared at crazy by an employee in the back. Long story short, I was taking advantage of. If I had been in a better place, I would have filed a case in court. I was ridiculously over charged, the work was shotty. I had to bring it back to be, redone. The owner was nice/nasty. The only reason I chose this shop was for the ratings and the loaner car. *** Note to the wise, pay very close attention to your intuition and bad reviews. *** Just pray that there is some repentance for the bad behavior and work practices. May God have mercy on all who have used their God given gifts and talents for evil.

Our family has been going there for years. May be slightly more expensive but I know he is always going to do the job right the first time. Always helpful.

Dan has actually Saved me money on my last vehicle repair by letting me drive a loner vehicle all week while my sole vehicle has been in repair. When i think of the cost of a rental or a lyft to and from work alone, it would have been just too much for my checkbook to take.I would not consider Anyone else to take my current or future vehicles to, to get repaired.

As a woman I have gone to many shops and at some point a good experience goes bad when the mechanic figures out that I know little about cars and takes advantage of my ignorance.
