The Knolls Apartment complex has completely gone downhill since Rookwood Properties took over. The hallways and laundry rooms are dirty these pictures were taken June 5th 2021 and today June 23rd 2021 they look even worse as our hallways and laundry rooms haven’t been cleaned all month. They no longer exterminate on a regular basis you have to call the office if you want your unit sprayed and what does one unit being sprayed do when this is an apartment complex and all the units are connected. Also everyone is aware that you can call and request an exterminator. The rent has gone up and we are getting way less as tenants. Rookwood is only concerned about making the outside appearance look nice and new while the real issues are overlooked. Definitely look elsewhere before renting at The Knolls. We still have dead cicadas in our hallway.

I have been living here for 3 years and do not regret my decision to move here. I have not had any major issues and I Find Melissa to be very responsive to my questions and request. Thank you Melissa for taking care of the business and always available for whatever we need.
