I purchased 1 coffee table and 2 end tables for my new home!! The sales person told me these tables wouldn’t arrive for 2 months due to COVID. I understood and still decided to purchase the 3 tables cash. Fast forward… 2 months later… got the tables home to find one of the end tables were damaged. I immediately called John to inform him of this. He instructed me to send pictures and he would order a replacement end table with no apology offered. The kicker is it will take another 2 months for my replacement end table to arrive. This was my first and very last purchase from this company.

I placed my order online due to my experience in store at 732 W Main Street; Lexington, SC being a horrible one. Initially I went in store and waited over an hour not being actually acknowledged or asking how could I be helped. I watch the sale rep assist a couple who actually walked around before making final selections. While the couple walked around the sales rep NEVER acknowledged me. This prompted me to reach out to place my order online. Super easy and super convenient. Also a way for the store not to get credit for my purchase. Initially I was going to rooms to go for my furniture and would have gone back had my delivery date not been set for July 8. Although I still limited my order to my in store experience, my online experience made the transaction smooth. Even speaking to customer service to assist was super easy and they were super friendly.

The website made furniture shopping fast and easy. There current sales were amazing lowest prices around. Highly recommend anyone get their next living room set from them.

I was really impressed that the salesman gave time to look without any interruptions, answered my questions, very friendly and helpful. I would shop and buy again from them. I wish Babcock sold cars.

The processing on line was painless and easy not complicated at all and it’s very short.

No pressure to buy. Very satisfied with the furniture and delivery. Our couch we selected is very poplar and back ordered, which was explained. Delivery personnel were very friendly and made sure we were happy the furniture was placed where we selected. We will be shopping there again!

In 2017 i purchased my bedroom suit from them and they were perfect.In 2019 i went back for more stuff and its been awful. Was told today they dont deliver. They delivered every other time we got stuff from them. When i finish paying off my furniture we wont ever go back.

We ordered our furniture from here. We love our furniture. The staff is very helpful. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because we has quite a few issues with getting our furniture delivered. It took them a few times to get all of our correct furniture here. Also our washer was damaged and after a week of not having a washer I was not happy so they let me have a loaner. So they tried to make it right. But they were also suppose to give us a credit towards our bill. So we are still dealing with that at the moment. But I was happy they actually tried to make it right. But just not happy with having to wait for furniture and appliances. But other than we really like this store. Great furniture at great prices.

Everyone is so helpful. Order a new sofa and the delivery men were right on time. They placed it right where I wanted it and made sure all the packaging was picked up. Very satisfied

They are con artist, now if someones selling point is the no finance charges for 6 months or a year and you cant get it that way, you DO NOT take upon yourself as a sales person to neglect to disclose this info. Now Im stuck with furniture that has fallen apart twice in six months, paid double for it with a large down payment. Bought insurance that doesnt do anything but tack on to your bill. This is my 3rd living room suite for my 3rd living space . I will never ever get anything else from this store. Not being honest to sell stuff is a horrible business practice. When I asked the loan underwriter about the situation (why my balance is not declining) she stated OH yeah you didnt qualify and your salesperson was supposed to inform you. Of course if I would have known I would have not went forward,nice stuff but not worth 2 times the price.I work for a living,so my money doesnt grow on trees, and I dont appreciate it when people take advantage of others. Ill just go to Conns prices not as good but honest about your money. SMH people I feel duked and mislead. Got to report this to the BBB and whomever else will listen .

If I could give zero stars I would. They were scheduled to deliver my bedroom set tonight. I gave all my old furniture to goodwill so tonight I have to sleep on my couch. I was home they did not knock nor ring the doorbell. I check tracker it states not able to stop. I’m highly disappointed with this company.

My experience with this store was not pleasant. Store manager will lie to your face. Doesn’t seem knowledgeable at all. I’m still trying to complete my purchase from the store 3 days later and never shop at this location again. Badcock on st.andrews seemed much knowledgeable about maybe training should be done with the store manager.

My experience with the Lexington sc badcock was amazing from the phone call to the finish. I cant remember my sales associate name but I wont forget how helpful, sweet and courteous she was. She deserves a raise. Thank you so much sweet lady!!

Friendly customer service. Had the product available within a suitable delivery timeframe. Salesman was cheerful, answered all my questions, suggested optional features without being pushy. Ill shop here for all my furniture needs.
