The professional, friendly and courteous manner in regards to customer service are the primary reasons for my returning to H&R Block for my tax preperations. Rolf Nash displayed all of the above which in turn made tax time a stressless experience. I very much appreciate H&R Blocks attention to the details important to my tax return and the trust and confidence I have in Rolf Nashs expertise to accurately complete my tax return.

The upfront pricing was not true by the end of the process. It was more than what I was told.
