I called in, got a list of what to bring in from Judy. They made my appointment on the phone. I brought my info to the office and dropped it off. A few days later, Judy called and said she was finished with my return and I could sit with Glenn on my appointment date a week later. I came in and Glen went through the whole return with me and filed it right in his office. Great process, and a better than expected result.

I have been going to Glen A Ladd for several years. Not one issue with my taxes or the IRS. The team his has are always helpful and go that extra step when required to get the job done quickly and accurately.

Incompetent fools! Stay away! Had them do my taxes, they made a huge residency mistake that would have cost me well over $1000. When I went into the office to discuss the issue they refused to listen to me and openly discussed my personal business in their small, crowded lobby. Their horrifying customer service is only paled in comparison to their inability to perform basic accounting. I later went to another CPA that fixed their mistake and got my taxes refunded from the state. Youll be glad you didnt bother with these goons.

Please make sure you are doing your research before working with this Tax Service. The customer service is horrible and they have questionable business practices. We were trying to obtain specific documentation from the state and were notified that our taxes were not completed. When I addressed my concern with the office, I was meet with complete indifference. I had to call multiple times to find out why they would charge our company for a fee if they did not do the job. That is when Glenn grew frustrated and terminated the call instead of properly addressing his companys lack of respectable treatment to its paying customers.

Been going to Glenn Ladd for over 20 years...never had an issue with IRS. They are very busy during tax time but manage to get the job done with extended hours.

Where do I even begin. Dropped off my personal/business taxes to be completed mid February to a incompetent secretary. Clearly didn’t hear anything I said to her because after I left called me and asked questions I already answered. Still didn’t listen and sent my business returns to a personal tax CPA. Impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office with questions. They DON’T do email for correspondence. Followed up multiple times and finally received a call from Jeff who said my paperwork was sitting on the wrong desk and he will need to file an extension now. The level of disorganization and poor communication is very disturbing and concerning. I even asked to speak to Glen himself but clearly way too busy and important to return my call. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go somewhere else.
