I have tried many different tea shops around the area and this is hands down the best. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me tremendously with ordering the right shake and Tea for me. The shake was so amazing, it tasted better then a shake at Ice cream shop!!!!!! And its good for you to boot. I think they have got to be lying lol...

I started coming here 3 to 4 months ago. From the first visit they have been amazing. Everything was explained. Everyone is so friendly, you feel like family instantly. Their shakes and teas are absolutely delicious. I live an hour away and travel to their store solely based on the customer service received. Hands down recommend Jessalynn and her team for anything!!

This is a awesome place and the instructors are incredible! I have lower back problems and they will show you modifications while working out. And the vibe in that place is truly inspirational!!!! I highly recommend it! So come on and give it a try. I promise you want regret it!

My teenage son & I love going to the pound classes to get in a great workout and let out our stress. I feel fantastic after and everyone is so nice and motivating. I highly recommend trying it.
